Service Department is fine but lots of turnover at the desk. 3% surcharge on credit cards is bullshit. They're way too big for this.

Always friendly and always helpful. I was shocked that had a low score on this, so doing my best to change it. The service department here has always bent over backwards to help me with my dad's car. everyone in this entire location has always been completely friendly. I have called them and they have fix things over the phone for my dads car just to be nice.

Busam Subaru is the best!! I have a 2017 Impreza limited. I try and keep everything original and what ever I can do myself is a plus. Ordered the cabin air filter and engine air filter from them. Reasonable price and shipping was super fast. Not my first time and won't be my last. Thanks Busam.

Reasonable prices. Great diagrams to help you figure out which parts are needed for changing anything, Also very helpful in repairs to see diagrams of every nut and bolt!

After bringing home my "fixed" car, I found it made a new noise. "Oh, yeah, the mechanic had to remove a seized nut, and it's a 50/50 bet about whether it works. So forget that quote we gave you the other day, it's now $850 more."If there's a 50/50 chance the cost of this repair is going to be almost double the estimate, we should talk about that up front, don't you think?

So far the sales team was fantastic! Great group of guys! Bent over backwards to help me get my pickup! I'll have to wait to see what their service is like. Read some good stuff and some pretty horrible stuff too. Will have to make my own decision! More to come!

Walked in to purchase a 2021 Outback. The salespeople were in a conversation, and continued their conversation while we stood there. Finally, a person walked up and gruffly asked if we knew what we wanted. We were sure of the model, but not the differences, (turbo, touring, etc.) The salesman said we only have a few left, and they're out front, that way. Let me know if you need anything," and walked away. Other people had salesmen walk out to the cars, explaining what options they could get. We were ignored the whole time. I'm on my way to their competitor's lot. If they don't need my money, I'm not going to beg them to take it.
