We had to wait quite a while for someone to take our order because he "was on break". Granted the sign out front said hiring but you should at least have someone working to take orders. Food was ok, place was very clean.While there one of the employees got into a screaming match with a customer who's order was wrong from the drive-thru. She came in to get her correct order and the employee told her she had to wait outside for her order to be corrected after yelling at her. Very rude, Inappropriate behavior

We came in ordered our food, it was ready right after we filled our drinks. Sat down prayed for our food, talked a little then the manager Muhammad came over introduced himself, asked how we were, if we needed anything, if everything was as expected, and if our meal was hot and as we preferred. He was very professional. Never had a manager come up to us in a Burger King ? before. It was a very nice change of pace. That goes a long way. Thank you Muhammad we appreciate that.

They had me pull up (I’m guessing to keep their drive-thru times down) even though nobody was behind me. Waited probably like 5 minutes and a young lady ran my food out I checked it real quick and noticed a missing hash brown. She said sorry and would run it back out. She ran in and ran right back out and said “Breakfast is over would you like a fry instead”? I was like Na I will just take my money back for the missing hash browns and she told me I had to come inside for that. I go in and the blond manager lady could’ve cared less and just handed me the 2.50 that I paid.I understand restaurant chains have changed over procedure and it has to be met to be ready for the lunch crowd, but were only talking about dropping some hash browns into the grease to fix the mistake that you made.The lack of any kind of care or customer service at this location is why I will be never returning.

6pm . Waited in drive through with no one in front of me for 10 minutes and no response from window. Someone even looked out the drive through window and saw me, so I waited a few minutes and still got nothing. Terrible service just like everywhere else now.

The lady at drive thru window was very pleasant and polite. I ordered breakfast croissants. This location changed the croissant roll. The roll they had was disgusting. Burger King please change the name of your sandwich "Big Fish". You down sized it a couple of years ago and added a more firmer bun. I just got one again today at the drive thru along with COLD fries at the Dixie Hwy Fairfield, Ohio location and couldn't believe how you have downsized it again. It's ridiculous compared to what it once was. Heck White Castle has a thicker fish than you do nowYou should call it the Big Guppy!!!Making food portions smaller and still raising prices=out of business soon!

Had a bad experience this morning with the drive-through returned in the afternoon to speak with manager, both him and his employee from the morning or more than happy to take care of me. That’s the meaning of taking a bad thing and making a great thing of it we’ll see them again Monday morning before breakfast. Thank you Mahomed and Heather !
