Jon, Paul, Andy and the rest of the team at BestOne have continued to be a lifesaver for our fleet. With an aging fleet, maintenance problems pop up at the least convenient time. It is easy to communicate my needs when I need a truck repaired...whether it be tires, oil changes, inspections, or airing issues...the BestOne team is able to work with me, and get our trucks back on the road asap.

On October 22nd I visited your establishment and was treated to the most astonishing display of rudeness I have ever encountered. The employee named Robert Harmon ignored my polite request for assistance, but ignored me and walked away. He proceeded to help others as they walked in the establishment and ignored me for 30 minutes Such behavior is unbecoming of any professional environment. I expect a sincere apology and assurance that staff will be retrained in basic manners.

Best-One Tire did a great job on my husband’s semi. Everything was done well and the employees were very professional. I would recommend them for sure!

Took my truck in to have the front in wobble repaired had it at four different mechanics all tried to change things that didn’t need repairs. Not only did they repair the truck the came in well under the initial quote and in a timely manner thank guys I appreciate you have my loyalty

This is the worst place to fix your tires! They charged me almost 65 for just checking the tire it took only 20-25 minutes also they charge 5 bucks for environmental fee WTH

I'm a o/o driver. Came in with the top couple inches of a scissor blade in my drive tire. They patched it, and was most respectable. These people were not only awsome with service, but as people they were awsome to talk with. Definatly earned my business. Going back in a week or so to take my used trailer tires to be recapped. Thank you guys for all your help.

Exceptional Service and Great Prices!
I’ve been bringing my low-profile StepDeck with 17.5 tires to this shop for a while now, and they have consistently taken excellent care of me. These tires can be hard to find at a reasonable price, but these guys always offer fantastic deals. They’ve changed about 8 of my tires so far, and every visit has been a pleasant experience, despite the unfortunate need for replacements.
What really stands out is their quick, professional service and kindness throughout the process. They make tire replacement much easier and stress-free. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of tire services. Thanks for always being so reliable!

Don't ever use best one tire to patch a tire they charged me $303 for it!!! They were 15 minutes away and only took 20 minutes to fix. I've had tires fixed before that was only $175. Will definitely recommend all brokers and owner Operators to go elsewhere this is insane!
