Overnight parking available, my appointment 6am i arrived at 10pm day before. Receiving by door 1, very professional. I got a door at 6am empty by 6:30 full trailer.

Got here at 11 am to pick up 5 pallets its going on 2 pm and they have not even started to load

Warehouse manager was very rude and unprofessional. First he didn’t even look into my confirmation and he send me at the other end of the building. When I came back for the second time he told me to park and wait. After two hours of waiting I went there to check on my load and he started yelling at me and telling me if I continue to coming he will never load my truck. I asked him to be nice with me and he showed me middle finger. That’s how they are doing their business.

Drivers are great but the warehouse on Seward dr is terrible. I stood and waited for an 45 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence deposit them walking by me and me asking for help. And when they do help they are severely unfriendly. And I come here to only pickup the things our truck ruins or forgets.I've been here almost a dozen times and have had one positive experience. Employees on the floor blaming covid while being unhelpful and unpleasant. Planning on changing services very soon.

You don’t know who do you need to check in with for loading & unload as well. Wait for hours to get in door but another few hours to get it done.Such an unorganized place specially in shipping & receiving.

I love this place! Spots for overnight parking, quick loading, restroom available, and friendly people. They treat truck drivers like people, and this seems like a nice place to work.
