This review is strictly based on their customer service (or lack there of), sales person and broken website. Please note: I did NOT buy a vehicle from here. This is based on my interaction last night & today.
On their website it has an appraisal section for your trade-in; it does not work, so do not waste your time filling it out. It simply generates an inquiry alert for a vehicle that doesn’t even exist.
Sales Rep called and confirmed that the Tundra I inquired about sold (confirming that the appraisal feature on the website is broken because I never asked for information on a vehicle, let alone a Tundra). He also sent a text, to which I replied simply informing him that I didn’t inquire about any vehicle, rather I was just trying to get a rough estimate value of my trade-in. He said that he would look into it and that I should just come in and look at their inventory and talk with finance (aka weak sales pitch attempt). I explained that I’m in the tri-state, but not in the Fairfield/Hamilton area and that I wouldn’t want to waste their or my time if they just use Black Book/NADA (which do not factor in restorations, new parts, performance parts, etc.) for their appraisals. He then went radio silent (guessing that he realized his “sales pitch” failed and he couldn’t or didn’t want to answer questions about a trade-in).
So I then called; spoke with a sales or finance manager (no idea, she didn’t identify herself…she just said “hello” as if I called her at home or something). I asked if she could provide any sort of insight into my appraisal request and explained that I understood that to get an exact amount I would need to come in. She said “ummm that’s through AutoTrader or Car Gurus, we don’t do that.” I asked “what do you mean?” She replied, “that’s something through them, just bring it in and we’ll look at it.” I stated that I was confused since I submitted the information on my truck directly through their website. She said “no, we no longer do that. Our website must be broken or need updating. Sorry. Yeah, sorry.” I chuckled and said “okay, I guess thank you anyway.” End of call.
At that point I realized that this dealership has some issues and lack basic customer success and are probably more aligned with the “turn & burn” type of dealers (buy most of their inventory at secondary auctions, just want pen to paper as quickly as possible, customers are just numbers, etc.)
It’s a long review, but it’s an honest personal review. Maybe your experience will be better? Hopefully it will give you some food for thought before potentially wasting any time.
Also, let’s all hope that they use this as a way to improve in the needed areas.

Lee Allen was a terrific salesman - helpful, honest and no pressure at all. His priority was helping me find the best vehicle for my needs and helped me navigate the negotiation process. I highly recommend anyone buying a car to see Lee!

I feel pretty dumb for doing business with this lot, but I don’t entirely blame them—that’s just how they operate.
After I told the salesman I’d pay cash or use my own loan, he ran my credit without permission and pushed their financing. The car turned into a money pit—a tire blew on the way home from buying the car, and I later found out the tires were over 10 years old. The frame was rusted out, but they didn’t offer to lift the car for inspection, so I missed just how bad it was. I got rid of the car after 6-8 months since it was mostly undrivable. I did by the car "AS IS".
If you do end up here, be cautious. I’m not trying to exaggerate, but I wouldn’t recommend this place.

They sold me a car that was smoking and whole front end went out . I told them something was wrong with the car and they lied and said it was oil burning on engine . It wasn’t !!!! It had a coolant thermostat problem and valve gasket cover leak , oil leak and the front ratio went out while I was driving with my family in car !!! I’ve replaced tires and fixed everything!!! Still not fixed !!! This place is the worst !!! I asked them to fix it and they told me they didn’t have a mechanic !!!! Gtfoh selling lemons out here making a fortune when I can’t even drive dame car without a problem !!! Do not go here at all !!!! They are the worst
