“I recently purchased a 2024 Chevrolet Z71 Traverse and wanted to get it rust proofed by Ziebart in Fairfield, Ohio. I’ve had my other vehicles done by them and have been extremely pleased. This time, I had Chris helping me decide what all I should have done. Although I had decided to do a basic package, he recommended the Diamond Gloss Total Protection Package. He was very knowledgeable about the benefits of doing the better package. I’m glad I went with his recommendation. The vehicle looks fantastic, and I’m confident I got the total protection that I was looking for. “On Saturday February 3rd around 530-6 pm I had an encounter with the most helpful, professional, kind young woman. When I say she went above and beyond in her service, that’s just what I mean! I had an important event to attend and was trying to get a quick wash and vacuum in. There were a few people who weren’t honoring the 10 min while busy rule. One gentleman was even sitting on his phone in the car. Even though she was alone she was able to politely remind the customers of the suggested time while preparing cars for the wash helping with vacuums and even helped me with my tires, which had been an issue for quite sometime. She turned my little car wash into quite a pleasant experience. And I just want to tell that young woman THANK YOU!!! You’re amazing and the company is better because you’re there.”
