One star is one too many!! I had these guys install a stereo into my 2009 Charger. That car has a bezel in the center of the dash that covers the stereo, HVAC controls, vents & connections. In the process of installing the stereo they broke the bezels retaining tabs so that it never stayed in place. It took a few days for this to be noticed & for it to shake loose. At which time I told them about it which they promptly blamed on me. Not only did the break the retaining tabs on the bezel but two of the pieces these tabs are supposed to attach to in order to hold the part in place to the dash. Now it rattles all the time & will not stay in place at all. They also took much longer to do the work of only replacing a bad stereo with a new one. Seems like this is par for the course with these guys.

Needed some new car speakers and came here after reading a few reviews and I definitely picked the right place. Ed is an all around awesome dude, funny and extremely knowledgeable. I'm very happy with my new speakers and I'll be going back to upgrade my audio system further. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner.

Super high quality work!! Everyone says they charge so much but they don't understand that this is a true professional working on your car. Nothing but the absolute best will be used and always has the greatest customer service ever I've been coming here for years and Ed has my business with every car I own. Totally recommend!!

Really overpriced and horrible customer service. I would not recommend especially for African Americans I’m sure my race played a part in the horrible service I received.

I had a remote starter put on my car today. Haven’t had a chance to really check it out yet other than it does work. However, Ed was so pleasant to work with and had my car ready in less than 2 hours. Would definitely recommend this shop. Will leave another review later as well. Awesome service and people. Ed was great. Removed a DVD system from one car and installed in our new car after the dealership say it could not be done. This is our second time using AudioWerks but it will not be our last.
