I was not able to get any help from the dealer ship to update my Acura RDX Navi maps as I was having issues while updating from USB.They did not offer any help at all.I won’t be going to Jeffry Wyler anymore .Will stick to Columbia Acura

Not happy to pay $180 just to have a problem “diagnosed”. It took 10 mins to tell me what the issue was, and I was charged $180.Absolutely ridiculous

Everyone was very friendly and helpful in the service department. They called me before they started to work my car, so that I would have an estimate of the total price for their services. They answered all of my questions and were extremely pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend them!
