4/22/2024: I showed up at the appointment time and was told it would be about an hour and a half. You can't wait there so they took me to MacDonald's a few blocks away. I tried to call them when the time was up but their phone system is a mess. Takes several calls to get someone to answer the phone. They said it would be about a half hour longer. When I did finally get my car back in 2 1/2 hours I was late for another place I had to go. My keys were not hanging where they were supposed to be so they had to hunt down the person that did the work and he had them in his pocket. As I was heading to the other appointment I noticed that the center council was broken. I have taken some pictures of it. I called several times and the lady that finally answered told me she would transfer me to the manager. He didn't answer so I left a message explaining what was broken but they haven't called back. I would have to question myself about the need to ever return here for anything other than getting the broken center console fixed.

Great service! Had an issue with my Rhino lining and they repaired it under warranty with no delay. Very happy with my experience at this location. Their warranty is amazing and they simply take care of things when the pop up. Much appreciated.

Sub-par "detailing" services at the Fairborn location.Took my vehicle in for a detailing appointment which you drop your vehicle and of course retrieve it later at a given time.By the time I went to retrieve my vehicle a day or so later the interior upholstery was still damp with the wet floor mats being placed in the trunk.The interior door jams were still completely filthy, along with dog hair still readily observable, requiring me to complete the detailing myself.

Overall, great experience. The store manager, Jerry, is very professional and kind. So far I’ve had my windows tinted and had an auto start added to my vehicle.

After having trouble finding a shop to treat the undercarriage of my import car for winter, the people at Ziebart told me it wouldn't be a problem. I took my right hand drive in, and they immediately put it on a lift and went over the process from bumper to bumper. They then gave me a time estimate for work completion, and they had it done early. They communicated extremely well, and I'm going to definitely take my car back when it needs more work or upgrades. I highly recommend this location and the great employees!

The Fairborn Ziebart location has always provided great quality and service. I have to drive a little distance to get there, but even if a new location would come to my area now, I would continue to go to the Fairborn location. They have been very accommodating, they’re personable, and have earned my trust.

They had installed a remote start on my vehicle 3 years ago. The battery had died and when replaced no longer started the vehicle. I stopped in and they replaced the fob in only 5 minutes, no charge. Their remote starts are guaranteed for life! Great service. BTW- I was not asked for proof of purchase. They had the info in their system.
