Ziebart in Fairborn is awesome. I had my car tinted last week and detailed this week. My car looks like a piece of glass lol. They are so nice and professional! I highly recommend them.

Zeibart in Fairborn , Ohio applied tint (ceramic) to the front of my 2024 Tacoma . It had bubbles when I picked up truck . I understand that this occurs and usually it disappears within a few days to a week . Mine did not . Zeibart did make it right but it took awhile to get it rescheduled and back into Zeibart .

I’m stopped in today, to see if my local ZIEBART provided a service (that was once offered in the past). To my dismay, they no longer offered it.
In todays world, we all likely question customer service - and if it still exist (when warranted), the three gentlemen (who worked at my local center) all jumped on their respective computers and phones, and reached out to contacts to help me find someone to help me - I can NOT begin to express how blown away I was!!!! (They understood they were not earning one penny from me, and still went the extra mile!)
Thank you for exemplifying that all is not lost (as it relates to customer service in 2024), and if you need any vehicle “after market services”, call these amazing guys (here in Fairborn Ohio) - I am confident they will “not only proudly take care of your needs”, but make you feel special along the way!

Fairborn, Ohio ... this location got my widows tinted 1 day after I called. They were so good with customer service and price my other 2 cars tinted the next day. They finished my 3 cars before I could get an appointment in any other window shop. The fun was they did it with a smile.

I was way late to drop off my car because I was up with the little one all night. I called and explained my situation. They were super nice and let me drop it off that day anyway. The gentleman at the desk was so nice and very understanding! They did an excellent job on the interior of my cruise!

Make sure when you make an appointment you understand the process. I made an appointment last week for this morning. I was told to drop off my car between 8-10 am to get it done in the same day and if I had to drop it off early to put the keys in the drop box on the side. I arrived early this morning and was there waiting for when it opened. Unfortunately, I wasn’t standing directly at the door because it was raining. So, I waited in my car and walked in behind the others. I asked if I could hand them my keys twice. I wasn’t aware that a walk around was necessary and that’s why they weren’t trying to take my keys. They didn’t tell me that. Instead I was called rude and was told I was laughed at for being rude in which I wasn’t rude nor was I trying to argue with anyone or cause a scene. I was trying to understand the process by asking questions. I wasn’t yelling or being rude, and I wasn’t talking loud. I was only trying to get an understanding of the process because that’s not what I was told last week when I made the appointment. Instead of explaining the process with me the representative was very rude and said he was done with the conversation and that I could leave. All I wanted was to understand the process. He then decided to “check me in” and proceeded to ask me if I had ever been there before, but had he actually listened to me he would have known I was there last week and scheduled an appointment for this morning. He asked me all of the same information that I had already given the other representative last week. We walked out to my car and I tried to ask what happened because I didn’t want any more problems. He refused to answer my questions and handed me my keys and told me to leave. Please make sure you know the process if you’re a new customer because if I had dropped it off before they opened how would we have done a walk around the car? That’s all I wanted to know since he was saying I was rude by trying to jump before others, which I wasn’t doing any of that. My advice to him would be to be patient, hear the customer out if they have questions versus being dismissive!

Zeibart was wonderful! Went in to get my windows tinted at 8am and was finished the same day! They are amazing. I would highly recommend them!

Just had my Honda Accord serviced for the annual rust inspection and Diamond Gloss Paint Protection. This Ziebart location and staff are EXCEPTIONAL. Jerry the manager was outstanding: super professional, friendly, and customer oriented. He even provided a ride and pick-up from the Fairfield Mall while I waited for my car to be serviced. Dean was also helpful. And David the technician was outstanding as well: very professional,
friendly, and provided one of the rides to the Mall. In sum,
Ziebart of Fairborn is an outstanding business and well worth
the drive from anywhere in the Dayton area.

I just picked up my car from Ziebart in Fairborn on Kauffman and Bart did fantastic work. Anybody looking to get their windows tinted they’re currently on sale for 4999 and the work is good stop bye.
