Wright patt credit union had a good idea of staying open till 7 but after Covid they never went back to those hours and they offer the coin machine at no cost to their members but those machines are constantly out of Service.They are slowly just becoming the same as every other bank

I have been a customer with Wright Patt for 15 years. I applied for a personal loan and have a stellar pay history on my credit report and a good credit score, my DTI is a bit high and that was the reason I was applying for the loan was to do some debt consolidation and they turned me down. None of the representatives are on the same page and I keep getting different information from everyone that I have spoken with. I called my bank and was able to get approved and funded within 10 minutes. I'll never try to do business with this place again and I will be closing out all of my accounts that I have with them. Hopefully they hire competent people that are aware how the financial industry work.

I recently became a member of wpcu and after a rough start(neither by no fault from the credit union or I) with an auto loan, they helped me get it worked out. From the start they had my best interest at heart when thoroughly checking each vehicle and making sure it would be a wise purchase for me. But by far Jordan was amazing and went well above what Im sure his duties are, to listen to me, understand, and worked with me, communicating options, offered advice, and explained what they could do to help find a resolution. I would suggest wright Patt credit union to anyone in the market for a new vehicle or any other banking needs. Thank you all!

I absolutely love wpcu I moved here 1 year ago from Cols.The staff are the best!!!!They are always kind and polite and patient!!! I've appreciated all of their help each time I make a visit. All of the staff care about their customers! Wpcu has been the best I e ever banked with and I'll stay with wpcu for the rest of my life!! Thank you to each and every one of you!!

Definitely choose another credit union or banking institution. Horrible experience attempting to open a new checking / savings account. My current bank closed many local branches and I was looking for something closer to home. I will continue to drive to my current banking provider as the service they offer far exceeds any offered here.

Money got deposited in wrong account, due to your error,called to discuss it and received rude tone and said he didn't care if I closed my account.Need to make another deposit but at this point holding off until I find another place to deposit

Always great fast and more importantly very friendly service. The first bank to always always have my money at the correct amount...unlike one bank I wont mention but has (numbers in the name) every month that bank had to credit my account $25-$35 becauae I would balance my bank statement and it was always under.I've been with WPCU for about 10 yrs now. Fairborn, OhioTo the post from the man who is upset becauae the lobbies are closed, Well I was upset about that as well. There are sum WPCUS' That have drive up to the ATM ( which I know you don't like), but there are some banks that still have the drive up (human) tellers that you can actually see thru the glass right infront of you. They also have them vacume containers for people who need documents. Its just as good as going inside.Or you can call them and make an appointment if you really need to go inside....I hope this helps.
