I was told that the service department was open at 8 am for "express" oil changes. I arrived at 8 am, checked in and waited for one hour and 45 minutes for the "express" oil change to be completed. They did replace an air filter and some light bulbs. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told that the oil changes are first come first serve and they really open at 7:30. I asked if making an appointment would be a way to get a quicker oil change and was told that I could make an appointment but oil changes are still first come first serve. I asked if that meant that they don't honor their appointment times I and was told that they do but oil changes are first come first serve. One star lost for slow service and another for inconsistent information and poor communication.

Wagner Subaru was the service center which finally diagnosed my Crosstrek's problem after 2 other Subaru dealers were completely wrong. They consistently do great work and are always friendly at the desk. Five stars!

Was told my battery resplendent would be $165. After 40 minutes they have me an invoice for $440. I reminded the guy what he told me. His response was.. we can put the old battery back in. So now I have a battery that failed their test because they don’t stand behind their verbal quotes. Wasted more than an hour of time time. They certainly don’t have a problem charging a fortune for their time. Shows how they value their customers. I look forward to trading in my Forester

I've been taking my Legacy to Wagner Subaru for at least 5 years and have always felt welcomed, listened to, and treated with kindness. All the staff who I've encountered has excellent customer service skills, friendly. They've also always taken very good care of my vehicle and I've never felt like I was being dupped with extra unecessary charges, services and/or products. During my most recent visit I had the pleasure of interacting with Brandon Drury (I think he's a manager, but not sure). He's a kind soul, really helped me out with my vehicle when I was feeling like I had no options. It's nice when people work with you to find solutions instead of making it seem like there's only one way. Thank you Wagner Subaru!!!

This was our first foray to Wagner. Really glad we made the move from Subaru Of Dayton where service has been declining for three years and two of my vehicles were heavily impacted with failed maintenance leadership and corporate management. The company just doesn't care once the car is sold. Fast forward to today. I had such a great initial expert we brought ALL THREE of our Subarus here for their mileage service! Could not be more thrilled with the team here and the quality of service and support. I once again feel like our cars and our family's safety are in great hands. We'll be calling Wagner home for all our cars moving forward. Thanks to ever!
