David and Jon at Verizon on E. Dayton Yellow Springs Road in Fairborn were GREAT! They fixed us up with an up-to-date high-performing replacement for our old and unreliable phone, carefully transferred over all pertinent data, ran ops checks, and applied a protective shield, all at very reasonable cost! They gave us their full attention, explained everything, and patiently answered our many questions. They were congenial, knowledgeable, and thoroughly professional -- we'd give them six stars if we could!

Jon and Jack were super helpful in getting my wife’s new Apple Watch set up. They helped her pick the right size and even showed her how to attach her assortment or watch bands to see they would fit. We highly recommend coming here for the first class service alone.
