Always helpful. Always friendly. Kettering location is amazing. Heather is so knowledgeable and helpful. Fairborn location is great as well. I also frequent the Springfield store. I have no complaints. Staff is amazing.

Edited to respond to reply: Thank you so much for reaching out, but my lesson has been learned, expensively, but learned.Kinda new to this stuff, but bought a disposable vape, and it kept clogging, then eventually started coming out the top. Went to store, talked about it, the lady showed me the "preheat" button, said try that if don't work I will give you a discount on a different kind. Well, no thanks, if not willing to replace after I spent almost $100 in the shop, well, I won't be back. And btw, my vape just got worse and worse. I lost 90% of the oil.
