Saddened by another “nickel & dime “ policy, 2.00 to print a label? Every time I’ve come here, there’s always an extra charge. Even though I spoke to the owner, he was gonna override it , but that’s ok. I drove to the Beavercreek store and as usual, they printed a label with no charge, and shipped with a smile . I understand making money, but 2.00 for a black and white label ? It’s sad that places take advantage of customers at the last minute where you have no choice. I’ll just keep all of my business and my company stuff to the Beavercreek location.

They were suppose to pick up an item from a local auction house and failed to do so. Now I'm out $$, the auction house won't refund and UPS didn't do their job of picking up my item. I emailed in a timely manner after the auction to let them know I needed shipping and they failed to follow through.
We had a constructive conversation this morning, this is a good and conscientious company, it appears to be a lack of communication between the auction house and the UPS store.

I've purchased items from Berner's auction gallery. This UPS store is the preferred shipper. Excellent,fast, efficient. I wish all auction houses had this type of relationship with the shipper.

Please do you Amazon returns here or at other authorized and ethical UPS stores! Avoid the Beavercreek UPS store!!! They are running a scam to get more money from Amazon returns there.

I have never physically been to this store but I use them to ship items to me several times a month. Always friendly, curiosity and knowledgeable. Trustworthy and honest.

I purchased a box of Toy Guns from Innovative Auctions on Proxibid. I knew they used this UPS store to ship and I figured once again I would have issues with the costs. Anytime I was forced to use a UPS store to ship auction items they overcharged by quite a lot. That's from anywhere the country too...Well same ol same ol here $41.00 + to send a small 3 pound box from Ohio to Pa basically 4 hours by car. That is what I figured they would do, BUT The guns & parts were all laying in a box w/o any packing other than a single piece of bubble wrap on top and bottom. We are talking $400.00 worth of rare to guns made of plastic. The best one arrived damaged also.The handling fee (at least 24.00) doe not reflect the lack of protection they did. Probably took 3 minutes to pack this box. I would not ever do this again knowing they were handling the shipping. I feel pretty taken advantage of. The photo shows the exact 1 pc bubble wrap & lack of packing I got for my money.

The employees in here are always friendly and helpful. I’m constantly stuck taking my wife’s Amazon returns or Mercari sales here. I have yet to have a bad experience.

This was the worst store to visit. Morgan and Scott are pathetic. The manager and customer service representative were obnoxious. I was charged an addition fee to pick up packages which were already paid for. Will never use again!

All I can say is wow! Super service they listen to you and get you taken care of very quickly and efficiently, they helped me with notary as well as a package that had lots of instructions. Very happy with this store!
