I came in yesterday to get gasoline and ice cream. just to find out they didn’t have any gas, which is fine. at least i could still get my ice cream. the guy who helped me was not happy to make my ice cream at all. definitely shouldn’t be working there, or anywhere that you have to interact with customers. he was mad i noticed a sign about a free upsize for my shake i had ordered. he proceeded to tell me that i should have told him about the sign BEFORE i ordered. i didn’t see the sign till after i ordered…. since they were taking a while to make my order (which is fine) i had time to look around and i had simply asked if i could have the free upsize. so he got mad. said i was the 20th person to ask about the free upsize AFTER making the shake. maybe tell the customers about the deal then? maybe?? i will be taking my money elsewhere next time. ✌?

I stopped in with a friend for a late-night milkshake. We were helped by Noel, who seemed to know everything there is to know about the ice cream flavors and combinations! It was delightful to converse with him and he made the absolute best of a bad scenario- he was out of almost everything they stock. I still managed to get a treat I enjoyed thanks to Noel! 5 stars :)

Half of the pumps have out-of-service bags over the nozzles. Handwritten tags on all pumps saying tap and pay not working. Handwritten tags on all pumps telling you not to purchase carwash.

Okay so it was busy in here so I understand, however there is a specific employee there who like is so tired acting every single time I go in like he is breathing extremely heavy and acting like something is genuinely wrong with him. If it was only one time i would understand but every single time you go in it's like this

Went in tonight and had the most miserable girl "helping" us. She definitely was so irritated that we wanted ice cream. She was so rude. She then handed me a cup with the tiniest bit of ice cream in it. The scoop was about half of what a udf scoop normally is. Rather than complain, I just asked if I could buy another scoop. That visibly irritated her, too. She then gave me another scoop that was the same size. Back in the summer the red hair guy (who was in there tonight) acted similarly. He was scooping my ice cream & stopped mid scoop just to glare at all of us customers... then he just stares off and had the most hateful and scary expression on his face and let it be known how angry he was that he had to help customers. Everyone in line was looking around at each other, nervous bc the guy honestly looked dangerous or unhinged like he was about to blow the place up. It was such an odd experience. Then in the fall, one evening, two workers were listening to a piano classical version of the song "my neck, my back, lick my p***y & my crack." That was super weird to be playing at a gas station/ ice cream place. I didn't write a review then cus I really don't do this type of thing but after today & countless other times & the fact that they are always out of everything...I'm so disappointed. They've taken my childhood ice cream spot and made it so I feel I can't even approach it for ice cream. God forbid you ask for ice cream at an ice cream shop. I cannot believe how awful this place is anymore. What a collosal loss & disappointment for Enon.

I don't know why it seems like half the employees just hate everyone. There's a guy that always works evenings that's unfriendly and acts like you're such an inconvenience for wanting to buy something. Then the other day when I was in there, a guy with glasses gave me attitude for not holding up a bag of ice when I've always just said what size bag I had.

Every single morning I come in there’s a dark Mustang where the employee sits in. He doesn’t even go inside to work. He only comes inside if somebody’s waiting at the front desk.It’s sad that your management is so poor at this location that your employee can just sit in his car not work ! I’ve seen it happen almost every time I go in there in the early morning

Malts were better than the last time we stopped in. However, they were out of hot fudge...or they had put it away early for the night.One of the workers loudly verbalized his displeasure that people were coming in for ice cream 15-20 minutes before they closed the ice cream sales on the hot summer night.
