I've been to this location several times and never had a problem. And research what you need. Good store good people. Bigger selection on things than other stores. Milwaukee's not bad if you're on a budget do some research you might get a better deal. If all else fails there's a Starbucks caddy corner from the place. Little more knowledgeable employees work there. The wood in my experience is about 75% straight and 25% either crooked bent or too many eyes. So take your time look at your piece.

It's nothing special for our trip to get to see how many different things I have to look at and see how many times I should have been able to see what I am after trying to find a roll of electrical tape it took me over a half of my time oot was not where I was looking for you know where I finally found it on a end cap and it was in aisle with nothing else to be related I was just trying to co dow the other one to be I have forgotten the other item I was just trying to make sure I didn't forget it for it was the first reason why I went to the damn store SMH I was a Honor student in marketing and I have never had one of my products that were not able to be found always in there normal aisle and areaWake up home senor

LarderRoom...Home Depot has quickly become the go-to destination for your Halloween needs. And now, also Christmas. It's great that you can buy a grill, chainsaw blade, extention Cord and a 12' skeleton (if you can find one) at the same place! This store is clean, well maintained and has courteous and helpful employees!

Terrible customer service! Both in-person service and quality of products. We had to get our shower pan order replaced 4 times because it was damaged in every box we received, which put us back significantly on our timeframe for our bathroom remodel. Then we had missing parts in the box for our shower door, and the person who was supposed to show up and get a part from another box in-store never showed up in the aisle to help us! While they did reduce the price of the shower pan, it is ridiculous that it showed up damaged every time, and they could only give us a discount with store credit, so we still had to shop at their store. This project should have been done weeks ago but we are still struggling to finish due to their issues.

Employees talk about ppl and its very rude and unprofessional. Sorry if im going to the store for someone, and i use self checkout. Just bc I go a lot to the store it was because i liked it. But yall made it highly embarrassing and uncomfortable all because i go for someone else due to their partner having dementia and they cant leave them. Your rude unthoughtful. And i get your reasonings. But when u have proof and u still act rude and wont complete the order, u make life a lot harder than it has to be for some.

I purchased an in stock clearance refrigerator (Samsung Bespoke) from the Beavercreek HD Store 3855. This was nearly a $2000 purchase. It was delivered Thursday Aug 3rd and was plugged in to start cooling. Over 24 hours later it still had not cooled at all and was warm inside. This is a smart appliance and the door open alert kept going off. The door was shut and no issues there. It kept sending me the alert after I unplugged it. When I plugged it back in, it started again then the power stopped. I called the HD store and they basically told me they could do nothing because I bought something on clearance. I was upset because I paid this much for a new appliance that did not work. They said I had to call Samsung to come fix it. Now at this point I had sold my old refrigerator and the buyer was getting it Saturday. Samsung was going to be almost three weeks to come look at it. I have several people in my home including a child and they basically said I was on my own. I was upset and asked for the manager. This "manager" told me that they did not test this appliance because it was a display and did not have any idea whether or not it worked. Which made me livid. How do you sell something like that and not make sure it works? I called the corporate office and talked to a very nice person in the appliance area who seemed shocked that the store offered no help and no solutions and also did not test this appliance. After HOURS on the phone with the store and corporate the decision was made for them to come get it and I would order a new one. Problem is I cannot order anything until I get the money back for the non functioning appliance. NO sympathy, no solutions offered at the store. Saturday two men came to get the appliance and basically threw it out of the door. I took photos of them doing this. They damaged the side and did not care whether or not they broke it. I asked when it would arrive back to the store. They said they were taking it directly there (I live 20 minutes or so away from the store). I called the person at the store and she told me she would be there until close and credit me back as soon as it arrives. I checked my account today and still no credit (it is an HD account). I called the store today to see if it was credited and confirm when I would have availability. The person told me it never arrived and they cannot find it. The "manager" then told me there is nothing he can do until he finds it. THEY TOOK MY PRODUCT AND STILL HAVE MY MONEY! This is not acceptable. Not only did they lose the non-functioning product, but they still have my money and I cannot purchase a new appliance so I can keep my food cold. This is NOT how you treat a customer and NOT how customer service works. This manager today also told me, "Well I am not sure why it did not work, it was working fine when we had it here". One of these "managers" is LYING. Which is it? Did you not test it, or did you break it and sell it to an unsuspecting customer thinking your problem would just go away? I asked for the manager to call me first thing in the morning. I want my money back so I can purchase another appliance.

I’ve been waiting now almost 6 weeks for countertops. It’s been one thing after another between Home Depot and their installers KBR. My product is in and now want to make me wait even longer to get on the instal list.that’s what you get for spending $15k in a month with them. Wouldn’t NOT recommend buying countertops or anything through home depot. I’ll be switching stores

Curbside pickup is a long wait. It took half an hour just to receive some gardening supplies. if your in curbside pickup I recommend going inside the store instead of waiting a long time just for your order.

Did my first Curbside pickup today, had trouble navigating the app (my fault) and they were extremely helpful. A lovely veteran with excellent customer service assisted me and brought me my order. So convenient for a mom with a sleeping baby in the car! Very quick as well. No waiting.
