My wife and I were shopping for a new washer and dryer. We had already been to the other big box store down the street and after being ignored for 45 minutes we decided to go to HD. Everything was displayed so well and easy to shop. Lilly greeted us, gave us a few minutes to talk, answered a few questions and rang us up in 10 minutes. Her attention to us and her affable yet kind attitude was extremely welcoming. She is an asset to the team. Thank you Lilly. We will be back.

They had exactly what we were shopping for and when we asked for an associate to help us, they were quick to do so. At checkout, the staff again was very helpful in answering a couple questions and assisting with the self checkout process.

This is the sleepiest home depot ive ever seen. None of the employees try to help you unless you talk first and whenever I go here it feels like a post apocalypse because its me and one 45yo dad trying to buy a new shower head so his wife stops threatening divorce.
If you want a place to nest buy some home improvement shit and get out with as little human interaction as possible this place BANGS.

Pathetic , this store is probably the reason H.D. is filing bankruptcy ,, Pro desk was to busy talking to eachother to answer my ? , 6 of 7 other employeeswere staring at their phones , 1 was stocking , 2 others staring at computers. was attempting store for 45 mins , NOT 1 person asked if I needed anything. I would give Home Depot in general a 0 stars if it was an option

Subject to change but as of RN I will never again purchase anything from this home Depot or off their website. I will go to menards instead. Bought my elderly dad a jack for Christmas. The delivery date changed not once but twice he went today to pick it up and the code they gave him for the locker would not work. He went in to get help and when they went back not 1 but 2 lockers were partially open and empty.
Did they replace it? No
Did they refund him? No
They will investigate, this I understand and reason for stating subject to change. But I believe even after being resolved I will take my business to menards where the staff help the elderly (83yrs old) and my orders come in on time and are so easily retrieved.
I ordered him a 1.5 ton jack so it would be easier for him to carry at his age as he still actively works on vehicles. It does not take long to review camera footage and if they do replace is he going to have to wait another month!? That's how long it took this one to arrive.
Do yourself a favor. Go to a store that cares about their customers. This store isn't the one.

I was straight up lied to about the Home Depot credit card.
I overpaid for a launchry machine and install service.
The installers didn't show up for a week and as soon as they saw a tiny hurdle (a puddle I toweled up in less than 5 minutes) they just dropped off the machine and left.
I keep getting spam in my text messages AND email but can't get actual help, and after this experience I think I'd rather not receive it from them even if it was free. Plenty of competition in the area, anyway. Their prices aren't any lower, either.

I went get a Red Christmas Tree that l seen on line, but l thought l would be able to just pick it up. They didn't have it! I was told I had to order it. Their was not very big.
