Shwartz Jewelry Store in Fairborn Ohio has lovely jewelry for sale and even more importantly, absolutely superb customer service. Backstory : Last December, my mother handed me her gold watch as she was passing and I so wanted to wear it but it was just too large. So I took it to Shwartz and they fixed it on the spot with respect and sympathy for my loss. Last night my boyfriend said we should get engaged so guess where our rings will be from ? Shwartz!

This small-town store has most of the perks and none of the drawbacks. The staff was friendly and genuinely sought to help out. I had some stainless silver that required cleaning, which they accomplished while I was looking to purchase something. The store was neatly organized by metals, and I was able to find exactly what I needed. They mentioned if they didn't have something, that they could also order for me. Finally, I had a few items that were in need of repair. The repairs came out great and everything was very affordable for what I was looking for. Thanks again. This is a store to refer your friends to.

My engagement ring band broke so I brought it in I had them fix a stone a couple years back both times they did a fantastic job repairing it and they cleaned it up amazingly. Everyone was so nice and helpful will definitely use them in the future thank you guys for taking such good care of a very important piece to me

I have had good business with them till this last incident. I wasn't going to write a bad review but after the millionth time of getting my hair stuck in my ring I'm just done. I asked them if they could Sauder my ring together before my wedding, they obliged. They quoted me $150. I brought my rings in and they fit perfectly a 8 3/4. They asked me if this was the right size I said yes. I got a call a couple days later my ring was done so I went to go get them. Needless to say she had to windex my finger to get it off. It was a size 7. She told me they would do rush to get it resized before my wedding. The woman checked my ring size and told me a 9 was my size when I told her no she said I was wrong. Being a jeweler I just said okay. I got the call back it was ready again. I went up there and low and behold my ring was to large. I was then charged for them having to resize my ring after they didn't size it correctly which my total was $450. Big difference from $150. They then put a metal ring sizer on my ring and it not only gets caught in my hair but my daughter's. Now I have to pay someone else to review my ring again. Would not recommend them unless you want to get screwed.

Went to the establishment today to get my engagement ring repaired. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Environment was very clean and the store itself very nice/professional looking. They also had some beautiful pieces and reasonably priced! Very happy with this visit will be a repeat costumer! Thank you Shwartz!
