We have only been using the Prather service for 3 years but have really been impressed with the service.Everyone in the office is so friendly and you are treated like friends instead of clients.Dana has provided us with wonderful insight and guidance. His expertise has saved us quite a bit of money.He has recently helped us navigate new territories dealing with a small, side business. We are very appreciative of him taking the time to explain what we need to do.A side note to all of this. Not only is Prather Igel Tax Service located inside the Russell Total Wealth building, they work closely with them. So we don't have to coordinate any communication between the two offices. They know they can just walk up or down the stairs to get any information needed.I would highly recommend this office for all your Tax needs

I used Prather for years when I lived close to them moved across the country used another service they charged more than double and did not do nearly as thorough of a job as George came back to him this year worked with him from across the country no trouble at all still received remarkable service 5 stars definitely recommend him to everyone I know super honest guy with great knowledge. Thank you so much to you and all your workers!

Just called to find out more about tax services. Was told that because I found them online and wasn’t directly referred that they didn’t have any time until April but wasn’t offered an option to book an appointment then. Was told it was late in season and they couldn’t take people that found them online. I understand it’s a busy time of the year but poor customer service!!!! I wanted simple tax return done but was also interested in their business services as I plan to open a new business.

My husband and I have been going to Prather Intelligent Tax Solutions for almost ten years. We live almost two hours away, but started seeing George Humerick for tax return preparation when my mother was still alive and he did her return. We were so pleased with the competence, professionalism, and friendly personal treatment we received that we have been going back ever since, despite the distance. George is amazing and really knows his stuff. He finds deductions we weren’t even aware of, and is totally on top of all tax rules and changes. I almost always forget to bring something to our appointment that George needs, but he has a way of figuring things out. But George goes beyond tax preparation; he provides excellent advice and recommendations, and coordinates with our investment advisor to ensure tax and investment strategies are aligned.Vicki Weaver is also outstanding; she has helped us so much over the years, and is so knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. Vicki has answered many questions for us and is very patient; I love working with her and George.I hate to think of how much money I’ve lost and wasted in the past preparing our own tax return with tax software. And to figure out whether to file separately or jointly, I had to do the return all over again! I have such peace of mind knowing our returns are done professionally and correctly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Prather!

Our daughter introduced us to PratherTax several years ago. We are very pleased and have complete confidence in them preparing our taxes. We give them a Five Star rating.

We have used this tax service for five years and are extremely pleased. We see George and he is very knowledgeable and thorough. We highly recommend and suggest you book your appointment several months ahead of deadline, as appointments fill up really fast!

I got my 2016 and 2017 taxes done here. The first year I had no complaints. This year I felt very rushed. (My appointment was in February, so there was no reason to rush). I'm afraid he may have missed some important deductions since he didn't ask me any questions at all.
