Always does great work. They have worked on many of my cars and always do a great job. Today, what I thought was a starter, turned out to be a bad cable. He could have just put on a starter and charged me way more without me ever knowing, but he fixed the cable and simply charged me for that. It's hard to find shops you can trust, and this is the only one I trust!

I have a very old vehicle and Mike gave me an honest and fair opinion on the replacement of what was needed. Had an absolutely wonderful experience with them! I was having some concerning noises come from the vehicle at low speeds and when breaking, and when I visited a different establishment, they handed me a $2000 estimate! I felt hopeless. Coming here, the fix was much simpler, and not nearly as expensive. Not even a third of the price as the other shop, and they ACTUALLY diagnosed the issue and explained it to me. Mike was phenomenal and an honest mechanic. My car sounds and feels amazing. The Pit Stop definitely earned a customer for life.

Mike found a place in his schedule to look at our car to make sure it was safe to drive based on what we had told him, and ended up fixing it for us asap. He was very considerate of us and prioritized our safety and well being.

What a breath of fresh air. I desperately needed my suspension on my car fixed. I had stopped at Jamie’s Express and was told that my brakes needed replaced - badly. (I had JUST replaced them less than 1,500 miles ago.) I decided to look elsewhere and thank GOD I was recommended to Pit Stop. I dropped my car off Wednesday night, it was done by 2p Thursday AND they offered to come pick me up at home so I could get my car. I have had so many poor experiences with auto shops in the past - this is an honest, trust worthy and exceptional auto repair shop. My brakes don’t need replaced, they have been so friendly and I’m deeply relieved. Thank you for standing out, and up for the right thing and exceeding my expectations!Services: Steering/Suspension

This is by far the best shop I have ever worked with. If I'm entirely honest, this review is long overdue. I've been taking my vehicles to Pitstop for about 9-10 years now. Mike - the owner and head mechanic, has always been honest and forthcoming. From taking care of all the service interval maintenance, oil changes, fixing issues from other garages, and helping us evaluate prospective new vehicles. Mike has always gone above and beyond for myself and my family, time and time again. There is no one I could speak higher of. I will continue sending any and everyone I know to Pitstop because I can guarantee they will receive the best care and experience paired with fair and transparent prices. 12/10 highly recommend. Examples of what you can expect: Pitstop takes time to explain any issues with you and consults you thoroughly before doing anything to your vehicle. The shop is also great about providing you warnings if something may need replaced soon. I've never once felt pressured into replacing anything or having work done. I commend the shop on taking the extra time to make sure that if there is an issue, I fully understand what the issue is, what it means for the vehicle now and in the future, and finally what the cost will look like to complete the repair. The work is always performed timely, even when parts need to be ordered, and the shop is great about keeping you updated on timeframes. With all that being said, if you're looking for a local shop that employs truly good people and is owned by one of the best people I’ve met, this is the shop for you. Mike at The Pit Stop is amazing! Been taking my vehicles to him since before the Pit Stop was even a thing, and he's never steered me wrong! Hands down 11/10 if you need an honest, reliable mechanic!
