Carol is excellent, and nice to boot. She always get things done well, quickly, and with a smile. I see a review above says that she wasn't taking new clients -- I don't know if that's the case anymore. But I would say, for anyone, calling back is worth it because they could always have new openings. Seems a really strange reason to give someone 1 star.

I have had the best experience ever with any tax service, Carol did a super job, in a very timely manner and saved me a lot of money!!!!
