Went to store in fairborn. I asked about getting an upgrade. All i was was told was i have to pay for and didn't go into anymore detail than that besides we are switching to new plans. I then ask if i could get on with one of those new plans and was that they haven't started yet. The lady wouldn't go into further detail about it which left me wondering if i should still be with metro. I have used metro for years and this is first time im really thinking of getting a different service.
