Half the store was blocked off, when i asked for something i was told by 3 different employees they couldn’t even get it for me. wait to do your cleaning or whatever the case may be until you close.

Just ordered pork chops and lunch meet via door dash. The pork chops when taken out the package and flipped were algae green with maggots i kid you not! And lunch meet slimy and rotten. I called mer told them to take the rest off the shelf and they simply said this was a door dash issue not a them issue. Absolutely disgusting

Meijer in Fairborn, OH, provides a fantastic shopping experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well-organized. Had a situation… went in store last week looking for Enfamil gentlease and they didn’t have it, went today they still don’t have it so I went to customer service and asked for a rain check and I was denied. Rebecca a store manager told me she will call me tomorrow when the shipment comes in because a rain check can’t hold the product only she can.

Needs more employees helping customers. I couldn't find the chicken livers that I saw on this specific store location on the Meijer app. I had to wait around a long time to catch a stocker helping in that general department. ALSO, there needs to be more prices. I considered buying flowers but there weren't any prices on them, and no employees nearby. I was in a rush so I passed instead.
Update 2024: Sad they got rid of 24 hours during COVID, we never got that back. Overall I love Meijer and it has an excellent selection of produce and the best price in meats by far. I wish their perks app had benefits like Kroger's...you're only going to benefit a couple of dollars every few months if you use it.
