I needed a specific plumbing part. I had the part number but was unsure how to find what I needed . I asked an employee in the plumbing area and they said to ask the person at the plumbing desk. No one else was anywhere. The appliance person said they would page someone. After 20 minutes of trying to find the part I needed I am giving up! Very frustrating. I put everything I was planning on buying back and left without a purchase.

Bought my flooring here and they were amazing to work with. Cheapest around and still give military discount.

Guy in flooring didn't want to cut flooring. We waited over 45 minutes just for him to cut the flooring. Then was rude about it. It was supposed to be a pick up order.

Usually go to Lowe’s necessary of our military discount. However the last two times we have went to this location. Once an issue we needed was blocked but no one was actually stocking so ended up in lawn and garden.. way away from the isle needed for lawn lights and the guy in lawn and garden had to insist they pause so we could purchase two stakes. This time we went looking for a diamond head tool for deck paint removal. I knew we needed a grinder but was not sure of the type. I found more information online and on a box than the clerk was willing to spend time on. His answer week I’ve had good luck with this one..a yea but will it work with the diamond tool? He did not even look at the packaging for information on what we needed. We did figure it out but Lowe’s has always been great with customer service. There paint guy was even less help ended up at Sherwin- Williams prices but much different but actually felt like I was a needed customer and valued. Lowe’s you have lost our business.

So sad they can't help you with the extended warranties you by from them, or to get a copy of a receipt.

None of the employees want to help. You walk by and they put their heads down to avoid eye contact or worse start walking the opposite way to avoid you. Finally stopped someone and asked for help and she said sure just give me a minute then disappeared for over 10 minutes so I left. Billion dollar company won't put money out for decent employees.

Went to the paint department for help on whether a certain color could be made. The worker stated "I don't know" and then just stood there staring at me without offering to find out from someone if it could be. I won't bother to shop here again.
