I picked up an item from Lowe's special delivery. When I went to return the item because it was the wrong color they told me the item was never released to me. They then released the item to me in their system. Then they told me I had to wait 30 minutes in order to return the item.

Slowest curbside pick up service ever! Took over 30 minutes to get my order and 6 phone calls later. This store is the epitome of laziness and incompetence! Will be going out of my way to go to Home Depot instead. Customer service is clearly no the priority for this business.

I had to place an order twice because of the online order picking person's honest mistake in cancelling the initial order (I was okay with that), I placed second order and headed to the store since I received a call saying the order is already picked out. Upon going to the store, 3 different associates couldn't figure out how to check me out while they were holding the items I wanted in their hands. I was then told my Faith (Lowes associate) that she would cancel my order for the second time and I would have to buy the items for the third time and she kept explaining me some lowes technical reasons. At that point I was frustrated and I explained my frustration to Faith. She then started being super defensive and started to argue pretty aggressively, I asked her to stop arguing and she said the was defending herself and she started raising her voice, I was told to go to corporate and write a review and she didn't care. I started to walk away from the desk at that point without my order, Faith yelled out "Good bye" as I was walking away exhausted and depressed from the experience i just had.

Worst customer service I've ever received. No one will answer the phone, but if they do all you will get is excuses. We were supposed to have a dishwasher replaced and they sent the wrong one. Three days later and we have no answer on anything aside from!"I'll check into it." When you tell them that's not good enough it's just more excuses. I'm done dealing with Lowe's and their unprofessional BS.

Poor Customer Service! Paid for an install for a dishwasher. Lowe's contracted the install to NAL Group. This company subcontracted the install to a third party. The install was scheduled for a two hour window. This window was missed by 90 minutes. --I made several calls to both Lowe's and NAL Group. Lowe's took zero responsibility for the delay, as it was contracted out. NAL group informed me that the subcontractor had been double booked, and the installer would arrive when the other job was complete. --Upon arrival, the dishwasher was dented and couldn't be installed. Bottom Line: Zero Care. Once the sale is complete, you're on your own!

When I first moved here and encountered one or two issues with purchases and customer service, I can honestly say that things have improved greatly in that area. My mobile purchase this weekend had a lawn rake that had a tear in the rubber handle grip. Instead of just not telling me and finding out for myself, they called and told me about it and that it was the last one and wanted to know if I wanted my money back. Since the grip would eventually fall off anyways I just told them to sell it to me. Curbside pickup is super easy as well, now finding the spots can be a bit of a pain since there are only three or four and they are right next to the "pickup" Signs and right next to the handicap parking. First world problems though.

This water heater installation has been the worst experience. Horrible service and customer service. It has been two months and the service is still not complete. No one will help me. They will not honor my contract and want me to pay more money for them to complete the job they should have done two months ago. I can't believe this!

Paid for backsplash installation on 1 Aug 2020. Took a day off for material delivery. Delivery never even picked it up from the store. Had to take additional time off. Delivery was damaged upon arrival. Had to go to store in person for replacement of damaged. Store never informed me until after contract and payment that install was delayed and would be a 4 month wait. If I knew this I would have gone elsewhere. Install set for 20 Nov 2020. Scheduler said arrival window was 0800-1100. No installer and it's 1:45 PM. No contact. No info. Installer still hasn't called on timing. Trying to get a call back with any info is time wasted. Lowe's used to appreciate their customers. They will have more time to do so because I'm voting with my feet and taking my business to Home Depot.

First of all I would like to say I can see why this store has 2 1/2 stars because this store and the staff are pathetic! I ordered 1 gallon of pain online and they emailed me stating the order was ready. I drove to Lowes pull in spot 5 and I phone the number on the sign and select option 2. I was then transferred 4 times. The 5th time I said please do not transfer me and stated I am at curbside 5 and they immediately transferred me. After I sat there 25 minutes a female came out and stated they were having issues with their phones and she took my order # as well as the other 4 cars that were sitting there. She goes in 25 minutes later still no paint. I walked in Lowes and the paint was at the service desk area. I complained to her grabbed the paint and left. First of all those other 4 cars were there before me so I know they waited longer. You would think since their phone was messed up they would have an employee standing outside taking the orders and quickly relay our orders to the staff inside that are standing at the service desk doing nothing. No excuses poor service. I will NEVER shop at Lowes again due to this issue. Home Depot is just 7 minutes down the road.

Today I was at Lowe’s in Fairborn ton pick up some supplies. There was a group of three people not wearing their masks who ran into me as I was coming out of an isle. I asked if they would put on their masks and they ignored me. Later, I saw them talking to a Lowe’s employee who said nothing to them about wearing masks. I brought it up to the self serve check out person and she said “ok what do you want us to do about it?” I said it’s the law they must wear them in enclosed

We are 2 veterans for one household. They only allow me to use discount or phone number attached to Lowe's card and not credit card just the rewards type cards. My wife has been turned away twice already even showing her veterans ID card, they said it wasn't enough. WTF right?!? Makes no sense... So, just wanted to share with my veterans out there to watch out. Don't get me wrong we shop at Lowe's weekly and love them just would be nice to make it easier of an experience if Lowe's would allow more than just 1 person on a Mylowescard ***New item to b**** about. Hannah at the register, next time you come to relieve a cashier, please please grab the next person in line, not the 3rd person back we too stood in line we were next. HANNAH just out of respect next time pick next person in line, it really sucked watching you NOt do the right thing
