I use to spend 1,000$ a month here but it's gone so far down hill at the check out. I was with a friend and he had to go to work soon. There was only one checkout open and all the self check outs was open. The self check out all the time says miss scan. The old lady working that area was talking to other people and not helping. Had to leave the whole cart full of stuff cause my friend had to go to work. Why do you guys make it so inconvenient to check out? This isn't the first time this has happened either. It's every time I'm there. Won't be back and I'll take my money elsewhere.

Carts turn off before you even leave the first door! How is someone expected to load groceries in their car on a busy day? Not to mention it happens with no warning!

Two checkout lanes open at 6 in the evening
As much as you spend here, Kroger should be able to afford cashiers! I refuse to use the u-scan and bag my own groceries when I'm paying a premium for groceries...l encourage everyone to shop elsewhere!

Pricing incorrect when rang up compared to tags in isles . Customer service is non existent and extremely rude when trying to have issue resolved. Cashier Anna impatient and rude, likes to snicker and make comments .Took cart away when trying to explain the pricing was different,like I was even contemplating stealing or whatever was assumed . I'd take my chances of getting shot in springfield rather than return to this Kroger. Will not come back.

They had two checkout lanes open (and at least eight closed) with customers with full carts lined up halfway back through the store. Pay some other employees a few bucks and open enough lanes to handle the demand. There's no doubt your store can afford it.

Pretty good grocery store with clothing and other products. The best part is you can get a beer or glass of wine while you shop.

I mostly do curbside pickup and rarely go inside anymore. Curbside pickup is a great option for us. In and out in less than five minutes every time. Not as many issues like there were during Covid. All the staff is great and always friendly.

Was treated rudely and unprofessionaly by the front desk manager. Apparently I did not follow unposted rules for returning a bad item.
I walked in, made eye contact, laid the item on the counter, and said, I'll be back later.
When I came back, I was scolded, told I didn't follow the rules. No refund, no exchange. More words were said. I'm 72 and do not accept being "scolded".

Don’t trust the prices. They don’t match what they ring up as. Don’t trust the cashiers, they ring up your produce as more expensive. And if your receipt is wrong, don’t expect them to fix their mistakes. No one after 8pm can fix a mistake, but they’ll have plenty of staff on hand to take your money.
If you do shop here, only use self checkout, and scrutinize EVERY price. You cannot trust this store.
