Our sales person, Isaac was outstanding! 5 stars to him! Taylor, our finance manager was good. However , the manager that ran our numbers was absolutely horrible. Joey made a rude comment to me in reference to my son in law that was advising us on our purchase. The interest rate that he quoted us was incorrect. It was 2% higher when we were sitting down with Taylor to sign. I was NEVER informed of the change. He thanked my son and husband for the purchase but never thanked me or acknowledged me. The loan is in my name with my son on the title. My husband isn't involved with any of the finance. Based solely on my experience with Joey, I would NEVER purchase from this dealership again. We made a purchase earlier in the day at the other Jeff Schmitt dealership in Beavercreek with our other twin son and it was flawless. It was the most pleasant experience. Huge difference between the two. It Even though they are both owned by the same person. But again, kudos to Isaac and Taylor
