“My wife and I were shopping for a new washer and dryer. We had already been to the other big box store down the street and after being ignored for 45 minutes we decided to go to HD. Everything was displayed so well and easy to shop. Lilly greeted us, gave us a few minutes to talk, answered a few questions and rang us up in 10 minutes. “I am updating my review to a 5-star rating due to a recent positive experience at the store. My daughter owns hermit crabs and had purchased a piece of glass that needed to be recut due to a change in her original plans. Although the individual I spoke with over the phone was not particularly helpful or courteous, we decided to visit the store in person for assistance. The staff at the store were prompt in addressing our request and took the glass to be cut without hesitation. They were very friendly and accommodating throughout the process. We had anticipated having to purchase a new piece of glass or pay a cutting fee, but to our surprise, they returned the cut glass to us free of charge. The exceptional in-store service we received exceeded our expectations and solidified our decision to return for any future requirements that can be fulfilled here. We sincerely appreciate your assistance, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit.”
