I feel cheated, my eyebrows have long hair, my ears have wild hair, they charge me 20$, but only cut my hair, I want eyebrows and ear wild hairs to get cleaned up too. You feel like a sheep being processed and it take 2 minutes then they , go on to next, lazy job these days, so disappointed, wish I had some other place easy to go to.

I set an appointment for 2 and received a text saying I was up in 15 minutes also my mom and my husband had an appointment.We both received message saying we were at top of list. Jakayla told all of us that they couldn’t find us. I have text time and date.She was very rude. I can’t believe how bad the service is but this is a sign not to ever come back.Oh and the young lady who was there while mom was cutting hair was a ray of sunshine despite the rest of the crew.

Jenna is horrible. She didn't clean her shears or cape before taking me to the chair. I should have said something in the moment but I waited until I left to speak to the manager, Alissa. She was very kind and offered me a redo. I came back a week later and Jenna saw me in the waiting area and the made the comment to her client "I'm gonna clean these in front of you so no one can say anything" She's so unprofessional and rushes her clients. I'm glad Alissa took care of me, she noted my previous cut from Jenna was uneven. All in all just don't go to Jenna & you will be fine.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for over a year, but today was the first time I walked out bleeding and with hair about as short as when I graduated boot camp 20 years ago. And while I find short hair practical and possess a high pain tolerance, this store’s new hire left even me regretting leaving my helmet at home. She’s as about as courteous and diligent as Xena: Warrior Princess and is better suited to working for the local butcher than a barber. Good god.

Need more workers. There was only 1 poor worker the whole time I was there. Wait time was over an hour. She had to stop cutting everytime someone came in.

Always a great haircut from stylist Mandy at the Fairborn Great Clips. Don’t mind a bit of a wait while others discover Mandy’s terrific clipping talents.
