The employee asked if I wanted to round up to donate to their charity. I said no. He then muttered something under his breath, did not bag up my purchases, and walked off.
Apparently the charity is his pocket because he was extremely rude after finding out I was not going to donate.

This is the worst smelling goodwill. Not to mention I'm pretty sure the 2 employees working there at the time were talking about me an started following me around. It was obvious to me the kid was told to watch me. Iam a reseller like alot of others, I don't appreciate made to feel uncomfortable in a THRIFTSTORE.

I don’t plan on coming back to this location ever. The dude who took the bags out of my car at the donation center had an attitude with me the moment I pulled up and was kinda a jerk. Dont know what his problem was. Needs to be trained on proper customer service

Amazing customer service, clean store, nice dressing rooms. My issue is that there were 2 of the sames songs playing for the whole 2 hours I was in there. Please for the love of the staff and customers fix that God forsaken music machine.

This was my first time at this location.The staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly. After shopping I waited at the checkout line for 10 minutes and even made eye contact with 2 employees and had no help checking out. It is not my job to tell someone I am ready to check out. The store wasn’t even busy!I walked out of the store and left my items on the counter. Upon leaving I was told by an employee that she would ring me out, I ignored her and continued to leave. She was the only one who was kind. Terrible experience for a store I love shopping at.

Visited this location on Sat 10/28 in hopes of having a pleasant shopping experience. I found really nice pieces, but decided not to continue shopping after being followed around store by employee. It was very obvious she was following me. I left ladies department and moved to the shoe department, and there she was. Went back to ladies but in the slacks section, there she was. My Fiancé also noticed it. I then went to front to men's section and here she comes. My Fiancé told me to leave my cart full of clothes in middle of aisle because he was not spending a dime in that store. We left and I saw an employee helping with dropoff and I let her know what happened. She advised me that's the lady who was followed us around does that because they have people who come steal. I asked if following people around was what they do and she said yes. I asked for another manager but she was busy at the register helping other customers. I called after leaving and spoke with manager Angie. She was very empathetic and apologetic. I express how sad it is that we were the only ones being followed around with so many other people in store. I hate the world we live in. I had a purse full of money and to be judged and followed around like I'm a criminal. I really hope this is taken seriously .

Lois at Goodwill rocks! I peeled in at 8pm and she had just locked the doors. She was so polite and sweet to unlock the door when she saw me pull in. I ran in with my 3 bags to donate and saved me that extra trip. Thank you! Thank you!

What is not to love about these prices?! Goodwill has clothed me long before it was fashionable for everyone to shop there and I appreciate them for it. I also love the ease of making donations which I will be doing this Spring while cleaning my closet. There is a place to pull up out front and someone comes right out to retrieve your donations and provide a receipt if you desire one. The staff is also friendly too! Keep up the good work! Blessings! The store is located next to Planet Fitness in the shopping plaza.

I was so excited when the Goodwill opened & I gave them plenty of time to get settled in but it's been a few years now & there's still issues... the books are waaaay over priced as well as pretty much everything else now. The clothing is so unorganized that I gave up & left. I live half a mile away & I drive to another town to shop at other Goodwill locations because this one in Fairborn just isn't worth the headache.

Not very happy right now.I came into this store on 1/30/23 around 1:00pm to buy a used/refurbished laptop computer and some other small items and when I tried using the laptop for the first time, it wouldn’t work. Just a blank screen came up but nothing else. So I called the store around 7pm to ask what I had to do to return or exchange it, and the employee who answered the phone said I would have to wait until the following morning to get the issue resolved because they were closing soon. When I told him the website said they were open until 9pm, he said they were limited on staff and may not be able to help me because of this reason. However his tone of voice made me feel like he just didn’t want to deal with the issue at the time and was more concerned about going home. He the impression he gave me was I was being a burden on him for even asking. When I insisted on coming in, only three customers were in the store this time. This was around 7:30pm. And after I got here; i didn’t feel very welcome at all. I will be reporting this to management and don’t recommend anyone to come here past the morning hours because of who they have working. The staff working afternoons clearly don’t want to deal with customers and hopefully the management deals with this quickly!
