The store is kept clean, and they have great customer service. But their downfall for me are their prices on housewares and furniture..... way over priced for items that are donated. I understand that they need to make profits for to pay employees, light bills, rent, exc... but $130 for a chair just because it looked nice and / or new? The people that donate the items are doing so, thinking they are able to help the less fortunate. Sorry, but $130 for a sitting chair isn't helpful nor is 5x7 picture frames at $8 a piece because they're new. Those are matched with retail store prices. Very disappointing......

One of the employees at this location is unhinged. Screaming into the intercom, accosting customers for not rounding their total up. If this person is working, I am not purchasing anything. It's not worth the awful experience.

The employee asked if I wanted to round up to donate to their charity. I said no. He then muttered something under his breath, did not bag up my purchases, and walked off.
Apparently the charity is his pocket because he was extremely rude after finding out I was not going to donate.

This is the worst smelling goodwill. Not to mention I'm pretty sure the 2 employees working there at the time were talking about me an started following me around. It was obvious to me the kid was told to watch me. Iam a reseller like alot of others, I don't appreciate made to feel uncomfortable in a THRIFTSTORE.

I don’t plan on coming back to this location ever. The dude who took the bags out of my car at the donation center had an attitude with me the moment I pulled up and was kinda a jerk. Dont know what his problem was. Needs to be trained on proper customer service

Amazing customer service, clean store, nice dressing rooms. My issue is that there were 2 of the sames songs playing for the whole 2 hours I was in there. Please for the love of the staff and customers fix that God forsaken music machine.

This was my first time at this location.The staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly. After shopping I waited at the checkout line for 10 minutes and even made eye contact with 2 employees and had no help checking out. It is not my job to tell someone I am ready to check out. The store wasn’t even busy!I walked out of the store and left my items on the counter. Upon leaving I was told by an employee that she would ring me out, I ignored her and continued to leave. She was the only one who was kind. Terrible experience for a store I love shopping at.
