The lady with the blackish gray hair and the glasses should not be in customer service. We've been going here with our dogs since this location has opened and it has always been wonderful service. But today we were treated so rudely. We arrived at 7 p.m to wash our dogs and when we went to pay beforehand, she said you have to be done by 8 which is in less than 45 min (also teach her to do math because that's an hour... unless she is lazy and wants us out early so she doesn't have to stay to clean) and then just stares at us with this face. It was like she wanted us to leave! There's no way we can wash and dry both our dogs in that amount of time (90 pound dogs long hair each). So we left... we HAD to! I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable. It's not what she said it's HOW she said it! She needs to get a different job. I was honestly so surprised because all the workers here have been lovely! Hopefully we won't have to deal with her again!

I decided to make this my pet store instead of the large pet chain I had been using...especially since they advertised a "walk-in" nail clinic. I saw that they opened at 9am today Sunday March 24 so I waited till 10am so they could open. My dog has problems with anxiety so I gave him his vet recommended medication and drove a half an hour to get him a nail trim. The staff called me "hun" and said there's no way she could trim his nails because the other staff doesn't come till noon. I said it says nothing like that on the website and she said it goes store by store. I said I WAS on the Fairborn store website and she gave me another snarky "it goes store by store". She said "besides you have to have proof of Rabies (like I was the biggest rabies rule breaking criminal). I said "he has his tag on him" She said "NO you have to have the rabies paper...ANYONE can make a tag". Sigh. The paper was with me in my purse. I bought nail clippers and took my frightened dog for the half hour drive home. He's sleeping now. With really long nails. I won't be back

My Self, my husband and daughter went to this store to look at hamsters about 4 days later I went back and bought there male hamster he was so sweet I bought him around 630pm I also bought food and water bowl, two huge things of bedding because hamsters actually need 8-10 inches of bedding a couple of toys bag of cat food and a bag of cat litter, I spent 151.00. I left their store ran through Burger kings drive threw and grabbed dinner for the family as the hamster was a surprise. we got the little guy home i got all the bedding in the cage and i opened his take home box and the whole inside of the box was covered in bugs I called the store right away i thought it was flees I later found out that's not what it was the girl i spoke with called the manager Cat and the manager Blamed me i had this animal less then a hour he has been in my house for 15 mins there was no way that he got bugs like that from our home I was told the manager would be in the following morning that i could return him then I did return him the next morning and while cat was doing the return she was telling me how none of the other animals has any bugs ( I'm the one who took him out of the cage and put him into the carry box and I didn't know or notice he had any bugs either) I told her more than likely they did and i didn't want another animal from there store and it would have been nice if they would have refunded the bedding that I wasted because it couldn't be used Now that he had been in it. one of the other workers opened the box to give the hamster a treat and guess what bugs crawling inside the box cat walked overlooked and said that's not a flee it's a mite and they can get those from anywhere also. I as a costumer didn't pay to bring home a sick animal. it also upset me that while doing the return she made the comment to another worker that they normally don't take returns on animals which is a lie you have a 10-day window, and it was confirmed as such by corporate office.Do not buy small animals here unless you want a sick animal that's gonna cost you a lot of vet bill right out of the gate

They have a nice variety of pets . No cats or dogs. A great variety of supplies! (Birds, fish, frogs, corn snake... etc)

Taylor did a wonderful job on our golden doodle. Huston is a service dog who was to meet her forever family the next day - this called for a very special cut for a very special girl. Mission accomplished! Taylor was very personable and totally professional. Huston looks great. Now we’ll let her tackle our 4 1/2 month old poodle breeder

Never Greeted and did not see staff until I was leaving. They were checking out 1 person. Great stock. Small animals and fish seemed clean and well fed.

Grooming is the most unprofessional I’ve ever worked with. I’ve brought my dog Charlie here for a little over a year. Originally he went to Kayla when she worked here. When she left, we decided to stay and try out the other groomers. Kara- who is no longer employed here and for the best (she was late to every single appointment, very unprofessional). I had a grooming appointment this morning at 10:00am with Kara (I found out today she is no longer employed there). I show up at 10:00am, and wait 10 minutes before I had to go up from front and ask why she was not there, only for the 2 ladies in the front to say “oh sorry! She doesn’t work here anymore!!” What do you mean? You literally confirmed his appointment yesterday??? They then told me she apparently was suppose to finish her appointments out before she left but shocker, she decided to screw over everyone and just stop coming in! Mind you, we live far away. This is not an easy little trip for us. The 2 ladies at the front also really had no idea what they were talking about and had to call around to find out what’s going on. All for them to tell me “sorry you can reschedule!!” No, I honestly want nothing to do with any of you ever again. I do not recommend this place and would not ever if it was the last grooming salon standing on planet earth

I called 20 minutes before I came in asking if they did nail trims on dogs, I was told they did. So why is it when I come in ‘Nancy’ the groomer refuses to trim my chihuahuas nails, saying how she won’t trim chihuahuas anymore. So I wasted gas and time to be told you won’t trim my 5 pound dogs nails.
