Honest, kind and experienced.files an honest return. Never had any issues. I file my taxes every year for years. His fee is minimal and he takes the time to make sure it's correct.

Worse place/man ever! Tried to scold me like a child. Grumpy old man needs to retire. I wouldn't waste my money or time on this business. There are many other tax preparers that are kind/caring/compassionate. I hope he gets ran out of business. If I could give negative stars, I would.

They’ve always provided what I would consider five star tax prep, but the experience I had today was, at best, a zero. Roger always did a great job on our taxes, for a very reasonable fee - and for nearly 10 years. Last year I ran out of time to schedule with him, and we ended up doing our own taxes. Today when I called to make an appointment – I was told they would not schedule anyone who didn’t have their taxes done with him last year. I asked the woman I spoke with if it mattered that he had done our taxes nine of the past 10 years, and she said that she was “just repeating what she was told.” Apparently they’re not looking for new clients, or to keep all of the existing ones.

I have my taxes done here and have for at least 15 years. Roger always does a great job and the price is lower than other places. I highly recommend this place but he is incredibly busy after the first of the year. If you don't make your appointment early you may not get in. Thank you Roger for the many, many years of doing my taxes!

Totally Unprofessional. Refused to calculate what filing method would be best for us as clients. Complained we were "driving him to his last nerve" because we...Wait for it...ASKED Questions about our filing options. Insulting to clients and obviously not prepared to deal with anything more complicated than short form type of filer. If I could give a no star rating, I would!
