The location is just right if you’re visiting Fairborn or attending a longer event at Wright State University just across the street.

Hotel is very bad. Front desk lady Jill is rude. & inconsiderate. She acts like someone is bothering her and as if she doesn’t want to be at work. Which I understand. But don’t show it at least. Not sure if it is just towards people of color but I’ve seen her interact w/ others that are not of color and is extremely nice to them. Cleanliness is not up to part. You ask for towels and rags you will only receive one or the other. So I just suggest you come w/ your own. The only Person who does seem nice is the guy ( not sure of his name ). If possible i would avoid this place. Better off going to a motel 6. The elevators also don’t work. The key cards also don’t work after a day. Good luck to you if you decide to stay and avoid Jill as much as you can!!

Rooms are huge, kitchenette was a nice bonus for the long stay. Only downside is you have to request everything you need to use in your kitchen. If you want an extra towel they require the dirty one. Ummm 3 towels for 4 people. The only thing dirty is my kid who needs a towel! Property could use a update but was clean and tidy. I would stay again.

It was just what I expected. No frills, no real amenities, but I knew what I was getting as I researched it prior. A great budget-friendly place. Clean rooms that are surprisingly large. I've paid two to three times more with less than half the space. I will look up this company first whenever I travel to the US.

The worst stay in a hotel. My fiancee will not be booking here again. There were body fluids on the couch that my disabled daughter sat in as soon as she walked into the room. We asked for soneone to come clean it and they never did. Ended up going to the store and buying my own cleaning supplies to clean our room. People above us have been jumping on floor since 5am and screaming nonstop and front desk pretty much told us too bad. Only nice thing about this place is that we have a full kitchen for our 5 night stay to visit family so we don't have to eat out every day. Stains on the sheets and cigarette burns/holes in everything.Edit: They did let us change rooms only after we threatened to leave and go to another hotel only.fo4 this room. To be just as loud.

Friendly accommodating staff. Our room has a stove, refrigerator, kitchen sink and dishwasher.

Good location, but housekeeping surely did not do their job. Saw stains in the bathroom, kitchen trash can was full, one drawer had crumbs of some sort of food, the hallway smelled absolutely horrid, and the toilet wasn’t flushed.

Very clean and quiet, nice small breakfast with good coffee. Every staff member I've met has been friendly and helpful. There's an elevator which I feel is becoming less common in smaller hotels so that's great. There's a nice clean laundry room with vending machines. Close to restaurants and a grocery store.

As a former Facilities Manager for Intercontinental Hotels(IHG)New York and Executive Housekeeper for the Sheraton for more than 2 decades, Customer Service is very paramount for me as I have an adroit understanding of it.I stayed at the Hotel on 11th of January. Prior to my arrival,I had requested for a late checkout as I would be arriving around midnight. The late Checkout was confirmed for 12pm by Jaime when I checked me in and she went above and beyond to get me extra towels and batteries for the remote.I was awakened around 10am next morning by a very rude Housekeeping "Manager" who rudely told me "No Honey you must check out now as our system doesn't show that you are checking out late". I corrected her that I shouldn't be referred to as "Honey" and asked her to confirm from front Desk. She again rudely to me that Jaime doesn't work in the morning so whatever she told me couldn't be confirmed......I told her that in operations, Jaime needed to hand over previous info to whomever is on duty now.She walked away hissing and mumbling rudely at me.I was very shocked with the attitude as this is very unacceptable even in the worst hotels. I got dressed and went down to Pegge(Front desk) who admitted that "indeed" it was in the system that I would be checking out out late. As she was speaking to me ,this SAME rude "Manager" emerged from the back office still mumbling at me and shaking her head with a "huge" attitude with her arms folded across her chest.....is this a fight??? Have we met before????A "Simple" apology would have sufficed!Hotel was OK but the poor Customer service exercised by this lady gets a Zero star from me as it showed a working environment of untrained staff, gross ineptitude "fostered" obviously by the General Manager or Owner. This young Lady's "overconfidence" in her rudeness towards a "GUEST" Showed lack of Training and accountability by Upper management. This lady should NOT be ANYWHERE near Management as she lacks the proper decorum.I am writing about this experience so that potential guests need to understand what to expect here as it is clear that the Hotel accommodates "certain" types of guests whom they feel that they can disrespect anyhow.Potential Guests need to go elsewhere IF they have any iorta of respect for themselves!

My room was nice, comfortable bed, everything was clean. All items was fairly update and in working order. Unfortunately it was a issue with my card key, as a result I was locked out of my room for about a hour. The situation was dealt with very good, since the Attendant was a new employee. I was offered another room. It was quiet throughout the night. The motel was in a good location. The price was very reasonable.

Close to highway. Rooms are decent but kitchens are very small and you have to request dishes - rooms are not stocked. Elevator smelled like weed. A/c worked well. Was unpleasantly surprised by queen bed instead of a king. Only one trashcan in room. Clerk was very nice and check in/check out were very fast. I would say acceptable for what I paid, don't pay over $70

Okay stay. The hotel allows pets in every room unlike other hotels that have designated rooms. I’m allergic and woke up both mornings having a hard time breathing. Room didn’t have any dishes or coffee machine. You had to request them. There is no breakfast only some snack bars and bananas. There was hair wrapped around the shower curtain rod. I could hear some road noise when the a/c wasn’t running.

The six weeks I was there was great. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Not being from the area they printed out directions for oil change and dry cleaners,. My room was cleaned once a week and linens replace. Very pleased, thank you!!!

I was a guest from Oct 2020 until March 2022. I paid my bill on time and in two week blocks. I dont smoke and when i had a dog for three weeks i paid the deposit. I had 3 significant issues with management of this property, 1: Management allowed accounting to charge a credit card without notifying me, so i didnt know that i had a balance on the card. When i figured out what had happened i was shocked. Management did take responsibility. But my employer did write me up for using the card while not on orders. 2: the hotel was having the bathroom tubs refinished. They knew i needed a handicapped room, so instead of moving me when a ADA room opened up, they had the contractors move my personal toiletries out of the bathroom. When i returned from work, they told me i was in a regular room for the next week. Two days later, the hotel was able to move me into a handicapped room. 3: before leaving for a two week vacation, i made and confirmed reservations for an ADA room. I was told that it was confirmed. When i returned to town i called to see if i could check in and was told that i did not have a reservation, but that they could put me in a regular room on the third floor. I was also told that since i had given two bad reviews that management didnt understand why i'd want to continue staying there. I have no significant issues with the property. I didnt like having staff barge into my room while sleeping, or staff touching my personal property during a pandemic. We had arranged for my room to be cleaned every sunday, management arbitrarily changed this to a tuesday without telling me.I think bouncing me from a confirmed reservation without any notification was mean spirited and capricious. I wonder if she treats all disabled veterans like this?

Changed my “ready” room three times and I am positive none of them were cleaned only restocked. My first room smelled like fresh cat pee. The next had trash on the floor. Do not recommend, find somewhere else to stay.
