I don't think I understand their business model. They don't answer the phone. They don't answer emails. And when you walk into the shop, no one will talk to you. I've tried all three methods in an effort to get my vehicle detailed. I'm sure they'd do a swell job, but I haven't yet cracked the code of how to arrange for their services.
EDIT: To clarify, I emailed twice, and didn't get a reply. I called, but no one picked up and the phone went to voicemail. I went to the stop in person. Someone was working in the back and he acknowledged my presence. So, I went back in front and waited about 10 minutes, but he never came up front. I am rooting for this business. I want local businesses to succeed. Just saying, it has to be easier to make an appointment. That's all.

My experience with Exclusive automotive detail was phenomenal! I dropped my commercial zero turn mower off to Jon. Within a couple days he had it complete and I can assure you it looked better than the day I bought it. I will send my mowers, vehicles and any other units I have to Exclusive. They are hands down the best quality in town. Call them today and get on the schedule!

I brought them a car I thought would never be clean again due to the amount of dirt and food that family had gotten into it. When I went to pick it up, the car shined inside and out and looks better than when it was first purchased! I highly recommend for the customer service, quality of work, efficiency and price!

I brought in a newly purchased 2014 Ford CMax to have them detail the inside. I figured getting it detailed would give me a piece of mind of cleanliness from whoever owned it before me. This is a small car but paid $175 to have it done. After I got home I noticed the seat belts were not touched at all. I watch a lot of detail shows on cable and they always clean the seat belts. Very disappointed for what I paid for.Services: Steam cleaning

I took my Jeep to John to have it detailed inside and out. My son just came back from an 8,000 mile trip out west with a dog so it was needing a lot of attention!! When I came to pick the Jeep up I could not believe how clean it was . John went absolutely above and beyond what I had expected. Not one spec off sand or dog hair was found and it smelled wonderful! It shined inside and out looked like the day I picked it up from the dealership. Thank you John! We will definitely be back.
