Scheduled an appointment for an ignition coil. Called for a quote the day before and was very pleased by the professionalism. Went in the next morning and they had me finished within an hour. Great bunch of guys here. Honest, hard working and courteous. Easy, quick financing as well. Highly recommend this shop.

Echelon Auto is hands down one of the best automotive shops in Fairborn and the Dayton area. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. Bob, the owner, was incredibly kind and attentive every time we spoke, ensuring I felt confident in their service. Austin, the technician, took meticulous care of my car, treating it as if it were his own. I needed a complete clutch replacement, and they handled the task with remarkable expertise. The pricing was very fair, making the entire experience even more satisfying.

I work next door and walked out to find that my car had a flat tire. I walked over and asked if someone could just look at it to quote me a price, but they insisted on taking the tire off and patching it for me. It only took them about an hour and they didn’t end up charging me anything for it. Everyone I talked to was super nice and I’m so appreciative that they were willing to help. I’ll definitely be back for regular maintenance and would highly recommend them!

I seriously cannot recommend Echelon enough! They got us in today super quick and took care of our car. Turns out it was the ignition coil they fixed it super quick. We are so beyond grateful for y'all thank you so so much! The pricing was more than reasonable in my opinion they were open, honest, gave us a fantastic deal and service. We will be back! Bob and his guys are phenomenal! They've actually fixed problems our car has had for awhile on the first try whereas a Firestone couldn't figure it out after taking it in twice. They can get me in quickly, give me quotes up front and stick to it, and they do a thorough job that I trust. And they are always really kind. Could not recommend enough!

We have had both of our vehicles taken care of by Echelon. Each time they have been quick, efficient, and meticulous. One time as they were repairing something else they noticed a belt was about to give out and asked us if we wanted to replace it. Another time, as they were putting the vehicle back together a part broke but they said it was their fault so they didn't charge to replace it! Every time we have taken our vehicle in it has either been repaired the same or next day - crazy fast turnaround!
These guys may not be the cheapest in town but they definitely do some of the best work - can't go wrong with Echelon.
