“a wonderful store. BUT why is it so dirty?! Why doesn’t anyone wash the floors in your fitting rooms. There has been a stain from some kind of liquid in one of the fitting rooms for more than two months. Close your store for one day from customers and do a general wet cleaning, at least one once a month!!!!”

“I only visited to pick up on online order. That was the quick and easy part. The online ordering process wasn't. Meijer's website was slow and cumbersome. Each item in a category was scattered across all the category pages. You'd be looking for peanut butter and find Skippy on page 2, Jif on page 6, Peter Pan on page 9, organic on page 10, and the store brand also on page 10. No similar items were ever listed together.”

“Wife retired from there in 2019. We stopped by to see what kind of deals they might have. The men's department seems to be lacking for a 70 year old man like me. They seem to cater towards the 30 year olds to the teens. Didn't find anything we wanted so we left. Maybe next time.”

I was in last week. Rachel in Misses/Contemporary assisted me. She put forth extra effort to help me find what I was looking for(an item that I believed was no longer available). She not only found it but also took the time to find my size in another location and ordered it! She is a very nice young lady with exceptional customer service skills!”

“An average 5 below store. It has a lot of stuff above 5 dollars but still an ok value most of the time. A lot of cool anime based items and nice selection of Asian snacks and ramen for a non Asian/international food store. Has decent cords for phones and high power chargers.”

“Usually have no problem shopping there. This time,had a rude stocking person in the cat food aisle. She just busts out you can't be here. She should have asked how she could help. She then got rude again when I told her I would go elsewhere. Her and her co workers start talking crap about us,as we are in the next aisle, getting litter. I shop there at least once a week. Meijer you need better customer service minded people. I work in the service industry, word of mouth is everything. Try harder!”

“For the first time in 10+, I had a poor experience at Sam's today. I say experience but more like an interaction with T***y, who was scanning customers out and feels the need to yell at customers. I passed my concerns on to Alejandro and (I think her name was Kim, glasses and short white hair) at the customer service desk. I appreciated that they listened which was all I was looking for. Two thumbs up to them.The interaction with my cashier (not sure on her name, but she was the cashier closest to the exit) was positive as well. She had some sort of technical issue with the system with the person in front of me and handled the situation well. Two thumbs up to her. Thank you.”
“I always go in here around Christmas time for the sale on Levi's pants . You just can't beat the deal of Buy one get one half off. Around $250 for 4 pairs of brand new Levi's is doing good. It lasts me all year and they look and feel great.”

“Only 1 register & 3 self checkout lanes open on a Wednesday at 12pm. These poor employees are so disgruntled with the lack of support & workers. I know management is having a hard time with workers, but also losing business with people not wanting to wait.
