Think twice before stepping foot in here bc they will throw you out unless you are a licensed professional.The people who own this store are idiots ... people have been complaining about the fact there is no clear indication that only licensed professionals can shop here (seriously there's a post from as long as 5 years ago) and today was no exception. Walked in to look around and some woman rudely tells us we can't shop here. We asked if it was OK to just look around while we were waiting for a table at a restaurant to be ready and she seriously said no. Did she not think maybe we have friends who are beauty professionals? You never know who someone knows and now I am going to relay to my friends who own salons never to do business here. Whatever your name is who was rude, think first about how you look and sound, not only from a business perspective, but as a human being . Also you should change the name of your store to Cosmo Unprofessional.

Wish I’d known you’re not allowed to shop here unless you’re licensed before I shopped around for an hour! A sign on the door or something would be helpful…. No one thinks to talk into a store and ask if there allowed to shop there lol

Not only have Naomi and Tracie made the atmosphere more fresh, youthful, colorful, and fun. They are consistent about being friendly and having great customer service skills. I frequent this place and it always feels like I’m one of the neighbors. Five stars.

I’m the manager at this location! We only service licensed individuals under the State Cosmetology & Barber Board! So, only estheticians, nail artists, hair stylists, massage therapists & barbers are permitted! ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve never had an issue with this store. Yes, it’s for licensed professionals but that is common knowledge. Go to Sally’s if you want things that aren’t specifically for people who were trained.

Horrible experience!!! I called Cosmo and asked for a product They told me they had the product at their store in Fairborn, almost 30 minutes away.I get there only for them to tell me I can't get the product because I dont have a beautician license..there's no wording that says you have to have beautician license to buy from ur store! And no one told me on the phone before I drove out there...PLEASE DISPLAY WHERE PEOPLE CAN SEE THAT YOU CAN ONLY BUY PRODUCTS IF U HAVE A SALON LICENSE

I would give 5 if you would carry some Wahl,Bayliss,Stylecraft...basically more Barber type products.
