I stayed here a couple years ago would not recommend. They just paint over everything that needs to be fixed, maintenance was not on top of things, and they did not return my security deposit instead they held it and made up things wrong with the place when the place was old and had wear and tear.

It's cheap and you get what you pay for. Biggest thing is they held onto my security deposit for over two years charging me for stuff that wasn't legit, or was wear and tear and stated as such in the lease. My favorite part of the exchange was
"your refund is in the mail"
"What address is it headed to?"
"We don't have one on file...."
Lol joke of a place but got me through college.

My experience with Breckenridge has been absolutely excellent. The dependability of the property management is bar none. In the rare circumstance that something goes wrong, Breckenridge is always responsive (Alex has proven especially helpful), and they treat my concerns with the utmost urgency. A true hidden gem.

I've just renewed my lease! I've been renewing for many years, and I plan to continue. I've been very happy here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They keep the place well maintained, which includes 24-hour emergency maintenance. Breckenridge is very dog friendly; they've even built an on-site dog park! A good, friendly place to live. I highly recommend Breckenridge.

I have been recommending this place to my friends and co-workers because of the experience I have had here with the staff such as Kaley, Eric, Trevor, and Ramiro have all helped me and my girl move into our apartment over a year ago. Every question I have emailed to them in regards to maintenance getting a cat and renewing our lease has been always answered in less than a day. Which I appreciate. Also the apartments are very quiet and almost never had a problem with a neighbor. Highly recommend for anyone looking to move

This place is Amazing! Erica helped me so much when I first walked in. She is so sweet. She ended up helping me get an apartment so fast and let me know every step of the way so quickly to re Insure me and my Anxiety. I found out very shortly I had gotten approved and immediately was able to move in to the apartment that I needed and wanted not only for me and my spouse but for my children as well. They were able to help me accommodate to my special needs due to my disabilities. They even have a dog park for your Furry friends to go too. I can honestly say this place feels like home and I’m excited to call this place mine. Thank you Erica for helping us find and get our home.

We recently just moved and it was wonderful experience. Leasing office Erica and Kaley were so helpful. Maintenance Trevor and Ramiro have gone above and beyond to make sure the apartment was perfect. We look forward to spending many years here.

We’ve lived in the complex going on 4 years now because of the friendly staff and helpful maintence team. Erica is always quick to respond to anything we need office related. Trevor and Ramiro are always happy to come out and help anytime we have a maintence issue promptly!
