DON’t BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN!! I bought a brand new HP laptop with a protection plan and 3 weeks later my laptop displayed an error message and didn’t want to load up. I tried fixing the issue by looking online but had no luck. So then I took it to Best Buy and told them about the issue and they told me that they would have to send it back to the manufacturer and that they charge $175 to fix the issue. I told them that I bought the protection plan but that didn’t matter to them at all instead sent it back to the manufacturer. Honestly very disappointed with Best Buy!

I made a purchase online and went in store to pick it up. Everything was great. I've always liked Best buy I'm Even a plus member. But today was a totally different experience. I went in to pick up my online order and decided to walk around and look for deals because they were doing their Black Friday and July sale. Well I had an associate come up and ask if I needed any help which is normal. I told him I was just browsing. I just picked up my online order. Well one of the associates was watching me like a hawk looking at the card section. I felt uncomfortable so I walked away to look at something else. And another associate kept following me around the store and made it apparent that you was following me. After so long and feeling uncomfortable enough. Finally turned to him and said something along the lines of. Would you like to check my bag or do I have thief written across my back because you've been following me since I've walked into this place. He seemed embarrassed because he knew that it upset me that he was following me around. As I was walking out the door I made sure the employee at the door looked at my bag so they didn't accuse me of shoplifting. I heard the employees laughing and snickering amongst each other saying that's one way to get them out of the store before close. Very unprofessional. I knew what time the store closed and I would have been out in plenty of time. Best buy. I hope you look into your employees. Making long-time paying customers uncomfortable shopping at your stores. I more than likely will not be back. So not only have you possibly lost a paying customer, you lost a plus member as well.

Bought a washer and dryer set almost 4 years ago and the washer is off balance while spinning. I called to see what was going on, and they tell me it's $125. Just to look. 4 years old and already having a problem. They don't back up their products!

Went to pick up my online order. There was no one in line but was not greeted at register or ask for ID. They just scan the barcode and hand me the item. Didn't even say anything.
I know there is no other alternative to best buy but they have to do better with customer service.

Customer service was horrible. This snobby kid was rude and not helpful. They acted as though my sister were a burden. Not to mention the store is wayyy overpriced.

Would give ZERO stars if i could!! Went to this best buy to look at getting a new phone! Asked one of the guys, which one was better, iPhone or Galaxy? This guy wouldn't or couldn't give me any info on either phone. I have a Galaxy now and was thinking about switching to iPhone. So, I left and now going somewhere eles!!

Don’t buy Lg tvs even the expensive ones!! You cannot cast certain things like Amazon prime movies without a chrome cast. Even my cheap Roku can do that. Step it up Lg or move out the way for better tvs
