Really nice set up, very friendly staff, I live about an 1.5 hours away. But will definitely drive the Xtra miles to be treated like a person, Thank you so much.

Went to pick up my online order. There was no one in line but was not greeted at register or ask for ID. They just scan the barcode and hand me the item. Didn't even say anything.
I know there is no other alternative to best buy but they have to do better with customer service.
