I think it's very ridiculous that chase charged me 10 dollars to cash a 58 dollar check, not to mention it was their check , because I don't have a account with them. I know who I will never bank with.

Incredibly difficult to open a checking account here. You have to schedule an appointment just to open a regular, basic checking account. Then when you do schedule the appointment the "banker" calls out sick and nobody bothers to tell you so rearrange you schedule for nothing and miss lunch. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I tried opening a checking account online but was unsuccessful because the site bugged out. I went to multiple different physical branch locations to open an account. Nobody is available to help. I went back to this location. Nobody is available to help.I would not recommend Chase bank, if you're even able to open an account there. Other banks can actually help you when you need it.

Unfirtunately the experiance is really bad. I had an appointment for opening savings and check in ac but after standing there for 10 mins , the lady told me the banker left early. They had my mobile no and email id while booking the appointment on last Friday, but never gave me a call or msg about the cancellation ... you need to give value to others time. Really disappointed with the experaince.

Absolutely the worst bank you can have account with. If you want 0 customer cure, open an account with Chase. I gave 1 star because there is no 0 star.

Closed at 3:30pm on a Friday, during office hours with no explanation.... so was the branch in Springdale, chase bank has awful service...

I have had multiple appointments scheduled. I drive here for my scheduled appointment only to find the doors locked and no one here. Last time there was at least a sign, but today there's not even a sign and it's during their open hours????Mind you I actually have an appointment with them scheduled right now too...

Friendly staff but they only have an indoor atm and they lock their doors after hours so pointless to go here.
