The young men at 200th Street Zoom Car Wash in Euclid , OH have excellent customer service! After going there 2 times, I was presented with the option of optioning an Unlimited Car Wash pass and took him up on the offer. I've had my pass for almost a year now. And the best part is that they give you a towel and an air freshener for your car

Dont know what happened to my review but the service was great until they broke a piece off mycar and the managerial staff claimed my car was alreadydamaged based on their cameras. Never would I go thru a car wash again.damaged

I had a membership thinking it was close to my house and the staff was very polite. Took my car to the wash on Saturday November 25th, 2023 and the windshield moulding was intact on my car before going thru the wash. Heard a noise and wondered what was that. Got out to dry off my car and the moulding was gone! Called the service attendant told him my car was missing a piece of moulding he brought it out tried to replace it but the clamps were broke told me didn't have the tools and sent me on my way. Went home my husband was livid we went back up to the car wash and he gave my husband an incident report to fill out. I filled it out there corporate office called and said they were not liable because my car was damaged prior to. Now I've been thru the car wash more than 5x prior and my car was not damaged. Desiree Bibb in the corporate office said based on her findings(video surveillance) that my car was damaged. She circled some minor scratches on my ATTACHED MOULDING ON MY CAR. Not saying the zoom wash is bad but CORPORATE IS!

Courteous staff at the E 200th and Mayfield Locations. Nice sudsy wash. Sometimes, a second go through is needed on my Durango because their brushes don't hit all the spots, and I feel every monthly membership should include the buffer. Other than that...no complaints. I'm a monthly member and I'm happy.
