No pressure out of hose in one car wash so pressed stop button and requested refund. I followed up 45 days later as the auto generated email stating they received my refund request said it could take 3- 20 days. They still 2 months later have not refunded my money. Multiple car wash stations have no pressure.
They advertise super power pressure to eliminate hand washing. That is a false claim...I always have to hand wash when I use their facility.
I have another refund to request and am not confident I will get any of my money back.
I will no longer be supporting this business.

I prefer to hand wash my cars here rather than home because of the water pressure and convenience. Credit card friendly makes it easier not having to bring tons of quarters.

dont use the vending machines for towels and thingsthey were empty for me and the machine just took my money.
