I’ve lived here for 11 years and I really like it. The staff is nice and helpful (Dee, Norma, Angela and Daniel are very attentive to my needs. Maintenance is good too!

Beautiful place to live but the staff in the office building are very rude to customers. If you try to stand up for yourself they try to gang up on you and make your living experience hell. Truth is, if the staff was nicer to people it would be a better place to live. And there is a bed bug/roach problem. When i tried to explain the problem in my unit I was down played and told I can’t renew my lease. I know I’m not the only person living here that had experienced this from them , people who live here all say the same thing. Dierra Robinson and the customer service agent here have a bad reputation.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The customer service and front office workers are rude and always have an attitude.they talk to people like they are less than human. You basically have to beg them to fix anything, and if they do fix it it’s not in a timely manner. The property manager basically told me I can’t renew my lease and gave no explanation as to why and this happened 2 months before my lease ends. Now I’m trying to figure out where my family is going to live in a short period of time all because they don’t like me as a tenant. I say all this to say , do not move here.

I called to get some idea of availability and the staff finally picked up on the 4th call. Miss Dee was very short and seemed to have an attitude. Didn’t really want to assist, she just wanted to speak over me and make assumptions about what I was asking. The facility looks very nice but if she is the voice of this place, I’ll pass. I mean the leasing agents are usually the nicest. I can only imagine what the Property Manager is like. No thank you ma’am.

There is a very helpful and informative staff at the leasing office. Dierra ensures that you know what you need to know to start off on the right foot. Considering the cost and proximity to nearby amenities, the apartment is decent.

The pool is open for the summer and it’s very clean and family friendly I been a tenant for almost three years and I have not had a bad experience overall. I also want to acknowledge the office team they currently have within the year now is very family oriented. They bring good vibes especially the leasing agent Dierra (Ms.Dee) she is always full of happiness.

I was told they do not accept disability as a form of income by the leasing officr. Not ssdi or ssi or anything. That's very sad and sounds like discrimination! If someone can pay for a unit and has 3x the amount, why should they be discriminated upon for being disabled? Not cool.

I moved in before the renovations started and for my experience it has shown positive change inside and out. From the building new color change outside to the sky blue color change in common areas of the property. The current team from leasing office to maintainence has done an awesome, terrific and all those good things needed for us tenants. Thank you all for attending to my acknowledgements as your tenant.
