The cashiers are extremely unprofessional they swear and talk extremely loud as if they are trying to involve customers in the dramas of work. I should not know who gets along and who doesn’t while customers are unattended to…..If you can go to a different location, go! I do not recommend.

Me and my wife receive prescriptions from Walgreens on Euclid and deeley road and Euclid Ohio often. I think we get approximately $3,000 a piece and prescriptions. Recently the quality of service has dropped drastically. The staff is unattended and lazy. You're smart Alex and they don't want to do their job. Recently I signed my wife signed to have her medication delivered by fedex. The package wound up in another building opened. And it had no delivery tag on it whatsoever. After contacting Walgreens they said it was not their problem we need to contact fedex. They didn't want to replace it for free so what they did was contacted my insurance and did an insurance override so my insurance will be billed for it twice. But come to find out it's suspected that it was sent out by doordash. And anyone that's ever used doordash knows that they will leave your stuff in between doors or anywhere they want to because they're just as lazy as the pharmacy staff at walgreens. As soon as I find another pharmacy chain that delivers with more efficient help you can believe I'm going to switch. And try to avoid talking to the African-American ladies in this department because they're your basic hoodrat type women to talk smart to you and you wind up cussing them out.

I went to this pharmacy after my dental surgery and they claimed they had not received my prescription. I called the dentist in front of them so they could get a verbal and was told to come back in 30 min. I did return only to be told to come back again after all three of the staff took lunch…even after I explained to them my pain medicine was going to wear off. Worst pharmacy I have been to in my life.

Tried to drop of a package for FedEx to pick up... the 2 lazy women in the department couldn't even give me some tape to tape the label down..said we only scan that's it...lazy...never will I do business here again...07/13/2022 at 11:13amDo better
