Website says 24 hours but not the case. If this is not a 24hour, essential store then change your posted hours of operation. This store is a staple in the community and the people of Euclid depend on this location. Hire more people who actually want to work an pay them folks some real money so they feel good about working here. Now I'm sitting here in this empty parking lot in need of toilet paper!!!!! 😡

The cashier was rude to another customer and refused to give her change for a 20 because the cashier said the the customer body language showed that she was being disrespectful and the customer was standing by the door waiting for the cashier. She was adjusting her coat that was the body language. So the customer started to get disrespectful to the worker after the cashier refused and made the statement. I said something to the manager also about the situation and it seems to me like she wanted to over look it and I asked for the corporate manager number she told me that I would have to call the store and ask for Shawn.

Unbelievable. I have been calling the pharmacy for two days and continued to be disconnected after a 5-10 min hold. Today I finally get someone to pick up and I ask for them to confirm if my prescription is available - the woman gets an attitude because she can’t understand my question (I guess) and HANGS UP ON ME!! Disgusting, embarrassing, sub par customer service. I just need my medication. Wow

Make sure u count your medications because they do not give u all of yr pills Then say u have to call your insurance company for a over ride please count them

Disgusting! The floor was gross and sticky, the smell was putrid and they have the bathrooms locked. I'm a utility worker and was told go home! Extremely rude employees, the head pharmacist told me I looked like trouble.

Advertised as Open 24 Hours. Literally not open 24 Hours. Store is always closed late night. If you are effected by this; please document it as I am currently putting together a Class Action False Advertising lawsuit.
