These negative reviews are legit.Tashana is RUDE. Coming up to the counter immediately talking down to customers with no just cause. If you treat every person you meet with respect you'd be surprised how much you're own day gets better.I'd rate this a 0 star if it was possible.

Apparently the USPS is unable to provide a customer a strip of tape to re-seal a box. But they'll glad sell you an entire roll, of course!

I have a very terrible mail lady she is very rude and do not follow basic instructions also this station is very unprofessional no one ever answers the phone just terrible!!!!

My mailman is the best mailman ever he's so respectable he tries to meet our needs always communicating when we ask him a question he helps me to find out or tell me what I need To do about situations. When I needed to go out of town he told me I can put my mail on hold. When he is gone I know because he does his job regardless how These ignorant people in my building act he still does his job right the other ones they do whatever don't close the mailbox leave them all standing open mail everywhere I'm glad he don't take it out on the rest of us that do appreciate him because he could do that but he don't. I've been in this building about 10 years and he's been my mailman maybe half of them I don't know but I do know that he's been the same no I don't like in a girlfriend boyfriend way I'm old enough almost to be his mother my son is 40 I'm not just saying this I mean every word I said he is nice and handsome though he's always clean smell good his appearance is professional I'm retired and disabled he will help me if I need it he's one of y'all good ones give him a raise he deserve it working in my building bluestone building B I thank God for him

I live in a senior community in Euclid Ohio and the mail only runs to my building every other day and when it does run it doesn't run until late evening 8:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m. I also have a very important piece of mail that was mailed to me on a Monday and today is a Friday and I still haven't received the piece of mail.

Dropped off a small flat rate box in the box outside. Double checked to make sure it when in. 4 days later package hasn't even been scanned...... Now have to file claims.......

The worst, ghetto post office ever. My sister paid $50 for a package to be overnighted to me, they didn't deliver it the next day, they delivered 2 days later, and left the package downstairs, which was in the open for anyone to steal. It was supposed to be signed for. I called, and the rude supervisor said “We don't walk upstairsâ€. I hate even dealing with them.
