Fadded my jacked. Porely stitched a zipper in. Threw away my receipt. Refused to reprint my receipt. Grabbed me by the arm and shoved me towards the door. I filled assault charges against the female worker. Don't trust these people with articles of clothing that you care about. They have very poor resolution skills and terrible service. My jacket came back smelling badly with a red tinge to the fadded black color. Tag says "Do Not Dry Clean". All I wanted was a zipper replaced on it. Jacket has also been stretched out somehow. Try the other cleaners down the street behind the Burger King there. They're much more reliable and professional.

My advice based on my personal experience with this cleaner is not to go there. They were supposed to put a zipper on my favorite waterproof jacket. The guy working there talked me into getting it washed, too, at no extra charge to me. I accepted, paid for, and dropped it off. When I came back to pick it up, the guy took my claim ticket along with my receipt and threw them both away in the trash, pulled my jacket out of a laundry bin, and gave it to me. When I got home, I noticed that my black coat was now gray with a red tinge to it. I realize now that the coat was pre-treated with a red chemical and never washed. The chemical had a strong smell to it and made the material feel flimsy. The inside of my coat smelled like it wasn't washed yet. The zipper they used looked rusted and wasn't sewn on properly to keep out rain like the previous zipper was. I returned to the store to complain about all of this, but the small Asian lady working there wouldn't let me finish a sentence. I opted to speak to the Asian guy that took my payment for the services but the lady made a chopping motion between us, grabbed my arm, and shoved me toward the door, telling me to get out. I left and warned the customers that witnessed this that if they had any issues with their clothes being serviced, they would likely be treated just as I was, and I left. Don't go to Topps Cleaners, another Cleaner is in the same parking lot behind Burger King. That cleaner actually does good work, but not Tops Cleaners. You've been warned.
