“I bought a pair of Johnston & Murphy oxfords for my husband from Mar-Lou Shoes online. My order was placed in the early evening on a Monday, the shoes shipped out the very next day and I received them (here in Southern California) by Saturday morning. Order arrived in great condition, shoes fit just fine! There was a lovely handwritten note on the invoice, thanking me for my purchase. I really love supporting family-owned businesses and am grateful for the gestures of appreciation (a personal note, cute stickers on the box, travel-size pumice stone) they demonstrate to their customers.”

“I'm very pleased and would recommend this store along with its services to anyone.! Attending the store around June 2023 was the best decision I could've made. My feet feels so much better, I'm able to wear any shoe now without worrying about discomfort or putting items between my toes to prevent me from getting blisters. I also like the fact that they had a "Credit Card/Payment center that you can use so that you can purchase the items you needed that day and bring the items home that day with you. Everybody needs to have their feet adjusted and looked at if nothing else just to make sure that they're wearing the proper size shoe and getting the Adams needed to place in her shoes to keep your shoes feeling comfortable. “Was a red winger for over 14 years , and now they don't even make a true work boot anymore . Bring back the 1205 - a real man's work boot, and I'll come back. I'm giving 3 star because the store itself has great people , just don't have my boots now .Update: I went back in to see these fine people and to see if there was possibly a new boot I could get them to sell me on since I know their boots are the most comfortable on the market , they had me try on a pair of Irish setters and I was sold. Unbelievably comfortable and water proof. I'm back to being in the red wing family again. Thanks guys”
“My husband and I visited the store on 07/12/2023 after having just visited another local hat store that has also been around for many many years. This store is a stark contrast from our experience at the other business! Immediately, we were impressed with this store's appearance and the friendly greeting we received from Maelynn (?spelling) and one of the store owners! Maelynn was very knowledgeable about the various hat styles and was able to show us selections after my husband explained what he was looking for! He chose a hat he loves, I love it too, and love to see him in it! When we are back in our home town, we will be sure to visit them again and get hubby right!! Thanks Maelynn and team!!”

“I used to shop at Terry's in Eastlake. Unfortunately, they closed, but they recommended Foot Solutions, and so I went. I couldn't be happier. I have suffered from chronic leg pain for several years, to the point I could only walk a few feet for a period of time. The VA told me it was osteoarthritis in my knees, and would look no further into it. I knew there was something else - causing or contributing to the pain. Simply saying arthritis just didn't seem right.I supinate when I walk so I thought maybe inserts would help. I had a scan done of my feet and the sales rep noticed that I stand and walk "duckfooted." My wife always told me I walk funny. I got some inserts and shoes to help with arch support. The rep told me to relearn the way I walk so my feet would be inline with my knees. The result so far has been amazing.I went to a podiatrist afterward and he confirmed exactly what the sales rep told me - as did my physical therapist.I cannot say enough good things about Foot Solutions.”
“Customer service goes a long way and it can't be easy working with senior citizen customers. If their patience and professionalism weren't enough, the product produced by this company is worth 5 stars alone. The senior citizen recipient of the insoles is so happy and that makes me happy. They ask, "ooh is there a chance I could get a second pair??"; yes sir there is. If they work for you this well, hell yes we can.”
“I walked into Second Sole a bit helpless, nursing an injury to my foot and led knowing I’d be running a half marathon in a few days.Peter not only recommended the perfect shoes, he took time to listen to my concerns and make a suggestion based on his tenured experience and visual observations of the arches of my feet.I cannot thank him enough as I was able to complete the half marathon in under 2 hours with the New Balances Peter hand selected. He rocks and deserves an extraordinary amount of praise.”

“Went here on 3/25, looking for black slacks and a dress. Brittany (or maybe Bethany) was so helpful in helping me find my size and get a fitting room. I also asked about a blue and green floral dress that I had seen online. She said it was online only but they happened to have one that had been returned. She got it for me and I tried it on and it worked! She was very kind and friendly. I was hesitant to try it on originally as it wasn't the typical size I wear but she was so tactful in saying that if I tried it on, she could then suggest the size that would work. If it wasn't for her tact and kindness, I would not have tried it on. Thank you very much!The lady that rang me out (Susan I think) was very efficient and friendly too. Thanks!”

Also helped me with purchasing myself two new long boards and my one year old his first Pen board. “My favorite uniform store, love the staff, they make you feel like family. Uniforms are worth the price. Great quality, many styles, and the uniforms always fit perfectly. Appearance is everything!! Nothing like having a nice nurse with an awesome attitude and a perfectly fitted uniform. They have just about everything a healthcare worker needs to do the job. When I put on my uniforms, I feel good, vibrant, and eager to get to work for the patients and to show off my uniform. I always get tons of compliments. A happy nurse, A happy patient!!”
“A great place to do some shopping! We love Trader Joe's! My favorite stores are Tiffany & Co, free people and Anthropologie. Apple is always crazy busy but that's to be expected. It's a nice plaza and well kept. Usually pretty busy here but it's a great place to grab a Starbucks and do some shopping especially on a warm day!”
