Calls go to VM. Poor return call time. General extension left with yet another VM. There is NO local office number I could find on the web to make an in-office appt for a broken CPAP machine. I use this company directly for our patients & will discourage them to find another DME company.

The level of customer service is VERY dissatisfying!! I received a package of supplies that I needed to return. After being told to just drop them off I spent an hour in front of the building. While on the line with customer service emailing the location and offering NO solution to the issue. Finally a VERY KIND employee showed up and I followed her to her car and asked if she could possibly help. And help she did!! Otherwise I would’ve been paying to return a package to an office where people are inside and refusing to give any help.

Took very long time to get ahold of them on the phone. Once I did I requested delivery after a certain time and they totally ignored my request after they said ok. Not happy with this experience. Have been ok in the past.

Tried calling this place, it’s terrible ?. Hardly ever anyone answers the phone. You listen to the voicemail more than hearing a actual voice. Customer service is terrible!! After all the customers brings the business to them.

They need to put on their web site that this office is closed to walk in customers. I drove 20 miles so I could pick up a new filter and update my insurance information.

Very difficult to arrange a pick-up of a bed. Time is scheduled at the convenience of the company and then not adhered to. I have been trying for two weeks and they screwed it up today.

My daughter, who is 29 years old and has no medical issues just received a bill from this place. I have never heard of them and neither has she. She has full medical coverage and doesn't have any medical conditions at all. This is very frustrating. I will call first thing in the morning, but someone is obviously using her name and address for something.

I have been having "noise" problems with my new CPAPwhich replaced one I had been using since 1995 or so. I have taken the machine in twice. Dawn found no reason for noise & computer gave it a green check. However nearly every morning between 5 & 7 a.m. I am awakened by a rumbling noise through the hose. I have AFIB, just had an aortic valve replaced & a Watchman implant. A day or two ago, I heard, felt the noise & it was in my chest aimed at my heart. Today I woke to quivering lips & a rumble in my chest. I do not know where to turn for this "gaslighting" problem. Next is Philips Respironics.

The auto replenishment works well for my special needs sister and is one less thing for me to remember to do each month. The pleasant reps call each month and run through the list of regular items my sister ordinarily orders and I let them know how many to ship. Simple. Materials arrive in 1-5 days.

Was told misinformation about how this was a rented product and then giving us a final warning this payment pass due. Reason I did not pay this payment because they didn’t change my address when I told them to and they sending to a place where I have not lived at for 3 years
